Whats up everyone! I am currently a second year student going to college in LA. I stumbled upon [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) one day and was really intrigued about what they do and the fact that so many people actually say they work, so I am looking to purchase some pheromones myself. However, i do not know what to buy or what will be good for me. I am about 5 ft 9 inches tall, athletic build (used to be a wrestler in hs). I am 19.5 years old male and have black hair. I am really into fashion so idk if that makes a difference. When i am talking to girls, i always take on a very nice guy persona. Idk why, but i will always bend over backwards for girls. At first I am kinda shy. I always have some trouble getting a conversation going with a girl or keep it going for a long period of time…(especially at a party scene). I am in a frat so there are always girls at the house for me to talk to. I am willing to buy more than one product if you believe i will benefit more from a combination of items. I am looking for things that will work both in a party scene (where alcohol is involved) and at the dorms where i can talk to girls across the hall. Also i feel like when i am put into group situations, i tend to do most of the listening and not enough talking to make presence really stand out to girls. Looking around I became really interested in Ammo and Instant Honest…Can you guys please let me know if these are what i should be getting and if there is anything else i should be getting? which school? USC? lol … If so, check out some hot blondes for me, lol… [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) + IShine is a good choice for parties. Also, since you are shy, I recommend you get IO also. IO helps girls open up to you. If you want girls feel connected to you, try IH. I would also get IG for daytime to project your warmth and masculinity. In short, AMMO + IShine is a must for parties. IO and IH too would be great social tools. IG is always good for daytime uses! ---

Welcome to the forum. Ammo and Instant Honesty are both great products. IH honestly isn’t the best for a party environment though…it’s more personal and intimate. I would suggest Instant Shine and maybe [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) instead. Instant Shine will make people feel good just being around you and can help you stand out at a party. Instant Openness will make people more talkative just being around you. This can help you get better at conversating through practice. Also, you might want to learn about some pick-up techniques to help you become more comfortable and successful with women.. Hey there jose and welcome to phertalk 😃 That was a very detailed introduction, so I think you would have qualified for the $25 gift certificate. Since you see yourself as shy at first, a good combo to initiate conversation would be Instant Openess. This would encourage people to talk to you as you’ll give off the friendly sociable guy kind of vibe. Ammo+Instant shine would be a good combo for when you’re on campus. Ammo will give your respectability, authority and attractiveness all a boost. This product is a great stand alone. Instant shine will make you seem like an up beat, healthy, happy guy. It also has great self effects that make you feel better about yourself, and when you feel good, the people around you also feel good. And since you’d feel good about yourself, you’d be inclined to take more chances. HSchooler, good job with your explanations. Yea, try not to overdose too much. I say about 2 to 3 shots of AMMO to sides of your neck would be a good start. Start off low, and don’t spray like 5 to 10 shots of it, lol. Good luck and have fun. You should get your gc tomorrow or soon… ---

Welcome Jose!!! These guys are taken care of you! KoolCat, hschooler, the boogieman! Basically, I’d 4th there suggestions for you. AMMO+IO+IS is a good all around lethal combo not only in a party schene but any time! Just bide by their warnings! IO and IS, you won’t need to worry about an OD effect. You can use what you see will make the impact you want! KoolCat mentioned [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). You already sound like you are a Gentleman around girls! thanks for the help guys. i was wondering how many sprays of ammo you think i should be using at my age and how many sprays would be most beneficial for me when talking to girls around the same age as me (18-21). Also, i was wondering the amount of sprays i should be using for instant honesty and instant shine. also could you please explain if i would benefit from purchasing instant jerkor tuth and using it alongside what i already have? thank you very much! ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Josetheman! Listen be a gentleman and a nice guy. I love me those nice guys but don’t be a pushover. You will need not only pheromones but loads of advice from the PUA’s on this forum. You may not necessarily want to be a PUA but you will need to know how the opposite sex thinks a large portion of them because sadly to say I see so many young, nice guys turn sour for the rest of the nice girls because they were taken advantage of. Hey! Yes, should start out with a 1 spray application and see what effects you have on yourself and others. Check out my sig for how to find your sweet spot and also the link to see how you know the mone is giving you a hit. If your just itching to go, try 1 of AMMO and give IS and IH as many as you like. Make sure you spray on your skin, like, forearms and wrists, neck, hair. Pulse points on your body are good as well. Don’t spray on your clothes as the mones will barely dissipate, if at all. Give it a shot, and let us know what worked for YOU! I also suggest you read the first sticky on the Intro Forum to get your thread in the Answered Column as opposed to the Unanswered.
