Hey everyone, I’m new to the whole pheromone thing. I’ve been using the Dial Magnetic body wash lately and thought I was seeing hits from it, so I branched out and picked up the following… AMMO IO (to go) TUTH (to go) Ordered AMMO and IO, TUTH was thrown in as a bonus. Good deal as that was the one I really wanted to order but it showed up as out of stock. Anyway, I’m a 28 year old guy. I go out a lot. I’ve been into the pickup scene for 2 years now and I have gotten to be pretty good at it. Figured I’d throw some [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) into the mix to see if it would help me to get the next level. Tomorrow night will be my first outing with the pheromones. It’s going to be a pretty high intensity bar. Lots of dancing and making out goes down in this place, a pretty sexual environment. A girl I’ve already had sex with will be there, as will her smoking hot friends who all have said that I’m a hot guy..haha Any suggestions as to how much and what of these pheromones I should use? Original plan was just AMMO and IO, but since I got the TUTH in the order for free I figured I’d see what you more experienced guys think I should give a shot tomorrow. I’ve done some reading but it all gets confusing. People talk about differences with your age and such. I figured AMMO and IO would be easy to use, but getting the TUTH in the order kinda threw a wildcard at me. Thanks! ---

The age factor is for Androstenone based products (AMMO, TUTH). Usually your natural Androstenone production drops off when you get older, however certain factors affect it like blood type, physical activity, wellness, etc. For a 28 year old you can probably do 2-3 sprays of AMMO and be fine with it. Now you should still follow the sweet spot guide (you can check the link at the bottom of my sig and click on how to find your sweet spot post in that thread). But typically that’s what I use 2-3 sprays and I’m 25 and physically fit and active. IO is good for starting conversations and people coming to talk to you, it’s a great friendly [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) works well in social situations. As for TUTH I only use it really if there are any LMR’s, but that can usually be overcome by you and not need a pheromone. When things start to get hot and heavy I’ll spray 1 TUTH to the chest and go from there. Now for my TUTH bottle that I take out to clubs and bars I took the label off, just because I got searched once and the bouncer didn’t know what it was and said I had to throw it away to get in. Maybe he thought it was some sort of drug but whatever. So just incase now all I say is that it’s my cologne I keep it just incase I meet a girl later tonight, and I say you can smell it if you want, and they’ll leave you alone. Plus just incase you need to apply it somewhere non private, you won’t have someone grabbing you for it and asking what it is. ---

If you’ve been in PUA for a while and have a fairly solid game 2-3 sprays of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) alone should be plenty. You’re likely already fairly good at reading body language and spotting IOI’s so that should help. Make mental notes of things like spotting IOI’s before you’ve even opened set, How receptive are the women? does it feel like you don’t have to work as hard? Fewer IOD’s or shit tests, are you getting compliance easier than you did before? Thing to realize is this isn’t the axe effect, it enhances your game, if you have no game it does bupkiss. As for Tuth, I don’t know if it’s something I’d recommend as a stand alone product. Thrown in with a good mix it can be awesome but by itself it can be risky, you have to work a little harder to convey active disinterest to throw off the horn dog vibe and get her to think the sexual tension she’s feeling is coming from her and not you. ---

Thanks guys. I figured I’d post about what happened. I went with 3 sprays of AMMO and 2 sprays of IO. Bar was fairly crowded. When I first got there I just made my way through the crowd trying to find my friends. Right away I noticed as a passed groups of girls at least one of them would turn towards me and make eye contact as I went by. I passed these two girls dancing twice, and both times one of them basically body checked me as I went by. In my experience thats always a blatant attempt to get me to talk to them. Later in the night I was burned out and super tired and just posted up at the end of the bar. Some random girl walked away from her friends and just came over and stood like 3 feet away from me for no apparent reason other than she wanted me to talk to her. I was kind of skeptical of this pheromone stuff, but I’m pretty convinced that this stuff is no joke. Unfortunately I didn’t make much of the night as my game is rusty as hell since I had been seeing someone the last few months. Once I shake off the rust I’m going to be rocking things more than ever. ---

Nice Preston, hope to hear more of your experiences in the future. Shake off that rust and put yourself back out there and try to make some notes on the reactions you get with mones on now compared to before when you had nothing and would go out and interact with females. This just shows you that although the IOI’s will be there, especially from the mones, it is up to you to get out there and make the moves and be congruent to your sig. Most times the ioi’s will be there but it wont make people approach you and initiate that conversation for the most part. Take it as a learning lesson each time you go out and you will get better and better and noticing them and capitalizing !
