Hi, people. I am new to [pheromones](https://a314.com/), and I was reading some threads and decided to register. I have like 9 colognes so far, but I want to try the “mones” A little about me Is im 26, workout and average build. I lost some fat and I was suffering from social anxiety, but Its getting better every day. I will like to get two products to start up, Can you please share some knowledge and tell me which ones will you recommend me. Again thanks for reading and any help is appreciated in advance. ---

For confidence, I’d reccomend IG and IS. IG gives me a swagger and makes me feel sophisticated. We’re in similair age groups, so it should do the same for you. IS makes me happy and therefore I can’t bother to think of small problems like anxiety causes Attraction - I’d recommend the androstenone based spray, ammo. It makes me focused and feel energized, and when I have wore it out to a bar or at the night life, I get a lot more female attention. If you can only pick two, I would recommend IG and Ammo. IG because you can wear it everyday in all situations and will have a greater impact on confidence and self image than IS (you can wear IS anywhere, anytime, but it isn’t as effective in the confidence dept if you ask me), and ammo because it is what will get sexual tension building fast. I would advise getting all three, because IS will compliment both IG and ammo. IS makes you feel good, and other people react positively to that and want to be around you more than normal. Which effects are you looking for? Also, it’s important that you tell us your personality type. The reason being is that the pheromones don’t work magic, and sometimes you’ll need to act the way the pheromones are signaling to other people in order for them to work. ---

Welcome Klavope, Thanks for sharing about your situation. After reading your description, two products came to mind - [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and Instant Honesty. IG will help quell your social anxiety by giving you a sense of grounded confidence and maturity. It’ll take a while to get used to this feeling, but after a week of wearing IG, it’ll settle in. IH is also helpful to getting people to feel comfortable around you and opening up about themselves. It has similar qualities as Instant Openness, but it’s a much more mellow vibe, something I think might work better for you. (IO tends to promote chatty and idle talk, while IH tends to promote closeness and bonding.) When used together, they will boost your social confidence in approaching women and talking with them. You’ll come across as a really good guy who women can trust and feel safe with. This will allow you to develop your social skills further, which will naturally increase your self-confidence. If you can swing a third product, I would recommend Instant Shine. This will make you and those around you feel very good. Hi klavope, Welcome to the site. So your best bet here is the **Men’s Ultimate Kit** as you would get everything to try and at a discount already. It has all the instant line including the A314 which is like gold to some of us and MX297 which will be a fun outgoing mix. This way you get everything to try and see what works best for you. I will still list the ones that will help you the most and will start with most important first. **IO** Now I suggest this one first because it is an ice breaker and will open people up to you. Now what I would do here is where this one on your neck or somewhere close to your nose so it also effects you also. This is very important and will help you get the full effect of this particular pheromone. A lot of people fail to realize that pheromones can also work on you as well. **Ammo** This is also an absolute must have. This is for attraction. Nice cologne scent and works good for daygame to like getting coffee.
