hey everyone. I’m Dave, 27 from Essex, England. I’m a budding PUA and whilst browsing through the forum of my Lair i found an artical on [Pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). It seemed too good to be true but I thought “hey why not look into it?” After a lengthy search around the net I found this little community and it all seems friendly and fun. I know a little bit about the idea behind and uses of pheromones. Less is usually more and there are times and situatuations that Pheromones are not the answer for. They are not a magic bullit for problems. I guess i’m just looking to find every edge I can to help make life a little easier and more interesting. My primary use for them is to help me in the PUA aspect of my life and if there are any other uses that i find along the way then bonus! anyways thats my 2cc guys. The social dynamics side of things interests me and can be used for more than just picking up girls (although that is a VERY plesant side effect! 😃) The ideas put forward by top PUA’s like Style and mystery are VERY clever. Like psychological pheromones! lol If you want to know more about PUA’s feel free to ask me any questions and i’ll try and answer them for you… The reasons for my learning to be a PUA is to help with my self confidence and shyness and anything that can help is welcome. I am fairly shy with new people. And as I understand pheromones can help in the work place to so that could be worth looking into. I’d be looking for more intimate pheromones to start with and then branch out in the future into the more social mixes. There seems to be SO much to use and ways to use it and mix it! Dave ---

Hmm… probably the best two products for you would be Instant Shine, which makes you feel a bit more confidant and gives you a healthy “glowing” look to others, and Ammo, which is the best blend of pick-up pheromones on the site. It has 2.5 mcg of androstenone (sexual pheromone) and 5 mcg of of two [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/), with 13 buffers to help prevent overdosing it. It does come premixed in some cologne, so take a look at what the description of the scent is and see if its your style. You could also use some Instant Openness, which helps the people around you open up and become more amiable to chatting. My personal favorite is Come Talk to Me (mix 2), which is a 50/50 blend of Instant Openness and Instant Honesty. I find it really makes girls around me brighten up and, well, come talk to me. However, it doesnt come in a to-go size, so you just have to ante up and order a 30mL bottle of it. You should probably hold off on the Turn Up the Heat, which is the most sexual of the Instant product line, since it is very easy to overdose with and i find its best used when you already have a girl’s interest, instead of in a club or bar setting. In the search products bar, type in “talk” and itll come up. It’s not in the instant line, it’s actually in the experimental test mixes section. That’s why it can be a bit hard to find for some people. ---

Hello Dave and welcome to the forum. You have gotten some pretty good advice on products so far. The Instant line really is the best place to start as they are premixed and dosed. Plus with the social products - IO, Instant shine and IH - they often have the easiest results to see so you can start getting a feel for the products and know they work. Another thing in your factor is that you are already studying human social dynamics. a lot of guys really have to ramp up on this to understand how the products help them. The big thing to remember is that these products “suggest” to others. It is up to you to make those suggestions reality. A good place to start reading migh be thru some of the threads in my signature block. Also check out Steve here on the forum. He works for Androtics but he is also very much into the PUA dynamics. Not sure how the reputation and those bits work but when I figure it out I’ll add some rep points to the treads for people. 🙂 Was looking at instant shine to start to lift myself up a little bit and maybe some instant openness. After a while use some ammo. I’ll defiantly have a look at your blocks threads and if I have any questions I’ll drop you a PM. Dave ---

Hi there, Welcome to the forum. I recommend you try ammo. It is popular here for attraction. It can make girls attracted to you. It is well buffered. As BS mentioned, social pheromes are useful too. IO is an ice breakers which will make girls want to talk to you. LOts of light conversation. IH will make the conversation more meaningful and longer lasting. People will feel like knowing you for long time. Shine will lighten the mood of you and the people around you. It is a confidence booster too. Have fun ---

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 Well you found a great place to discuss mones and PUA tactics. Steve the administrator is big into PUA as well as quite a few other members here. I suggest you start with AMMO and IO AMMO is sexy attractive interesting and mildly arousing. IO is great for helping you open, its chatty fun laidback comfortable.
