How would you describe your personality? Are you wanting to attract any person in particular? Do you want something that will get you more respect? If you are wanting something to help increase communication with others, I would suggest you try [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or Instant Honesty. Openness for more light hearted chatter and Honesty for deeper communication. Ammo will attract girls, and I am sure one of the guys can elaborate on everything that product does. Hey Dom, and welcome to pherotalk! So your main focus is dating and friendship basically? For that I’d recommend starting with Ammo. It’s a popular product, and is also good at attraction. It’s pretty well balanced as well so the OD risk isn’t too high unless you go crazy with it.😉 Second, I’d add in [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). It’s a social product, often makes you and others more talkative. This should help ease away some of your shyness and also make others more receptive to conversations. I’ve used it myself and found it excellent when talking to women I’m unfamiliar with. Those are my recommendations but be sure to use the search function if you want more info. Both are great for shy people! Instant Openness will help you to talk more. I too am shy, and I sometimes stumble on my words. IO really helps me to communicate with others, and I even notice that I don’t stumble on my words when I’m using it! It’s great stuff!! Instant Honesty is great for deeper communication. Welcome to the forum! For women to come up and talk to you… you’ll need to have some excellent body language, exuding confidence as well as some sharp dress… But, then, what will mones do?! UNDERSCORE BOLDTYPE AND HIGHLIGHT your attitude!!! For your shyness, either AMMO or IG would be good for you. More of IG for improving and fortifying friendships. IG gives me more of a cool and collected, reliable bud vibe to others. AMMO give me a feeling of being comfortable to be in my own skin, confident in my sexuality. This is in self effects while effects on others are a sexually inclined attraction. For communications and all around at ease feelings, IS and IO would be good to add. These mone signals will be present when you have them on and will work in supporting your own attitude… they WON’T do all the work and will only work if you step up your attitude… They aren’t potions, but are chemicals that will bring out certain responses from others. You will have to capitalize on those responses. Welcome to the forum! I second K-Train’s recommendations of Ammo and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). They are both very good products and should help you with the effects you’re looking for. I would also suggest Instant Shine. It helps put a smile on people’s face and is a great addition to any mix. Just make sure you try everything solo first so you can see what they do for you before you start mixing. Have fun. ---
