Hi Dogsbones, Welcome to the forum. If you tell us more about yourself, we can help more. I am quite a shy person, and I have found A314 makes me feel more masculine and centred, and so does [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) although the Instant Gentleman effect is mellower and more friendly. Instant Shine is a good one, it always puts me in an upbeat mood. In fact, I think Instant Shine is just so useful for everyone that everyone should try it. But if you need confidence, it’s the stuff you do outside of pheros that makes you more confident. Get out there and DO things, and give yourself permission to make mistakes. ---

For work I would suggest A314 or [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). Also something to consider is Instant Shine and Instant Openness. Shine should give you some confidence and make people around you feel goog. Openness helps in the conversation process. Club situations Ammo is exellent stand alone product. ---
