My name is Josh, im a 22 year old hispanic male, 5"10 175 lbs(athletic) & I live in Oklahoma. Currently a junior in college, Im outgoing, im a people person very social, I throw some of the bigger party’s around my college. I’ve been researching [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) for about a month now, looking into many different products, ofcourse I never take what they say on their website seriously. Im a business major so I know all they really want to do is sell!. That is untill I found this forum a few weeks back, and I began to read, its amazing how much useful information you can aquire by the general costumers. I was amazed that a company would have a forum for their costumers to share their experiences & help out new curious prospects!. A little about me and my hopes for pheromones. I never had any trouble w/ the opposite sex in highschool, I always had a gf, then I got into a serious relationship a 3 year one, ofcourse she crushed my heart. Confidence plummeted after that relationship, and now I seem to quickly get into the friend zone way 2 fast with every girl I go for. And well college is not like highschool there is a much higher playing field, alot more competition. And well Im looking for something extra to put me over the edge or give a slight advantage. Now I know pheromones are not a magic pill like those silly axe comercials, its still mostly up to me. But the slight effect & the fact that I know Id have that would also bost my conffidence. 🙂 I’ve been reading this forum for a couple of weeks now, everything from “The Snook’s big book O’ pheros for rookies” to “Pheromones for pickup” and much, much more. Im thinking of ordering a few of the items i’ve heard so much about. my 1st order is likely to include Ammo, TUTH, Intant openess, maybe Instant Female magic and instant shine or Honesty. Hi Josh, welcome to the forum! To help with confidence and attraction, go with Ammo. Ammo will give both your confidence and sex appeal a boost, and can be worn anywhere. Hey josh welcome to the forum. You really have the right attitude towards the mones 😃 My advice for you is: Ammo when you go out. Buy also [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) when you want to give a more vibrant tone 🙂 . Althoug for me in a crazy party ammo alone is enough. Buy either IG and a314 when you are going into a meeting of sorts wich status is required, a314 gives a much more aggressive and higher status, IG gives a much more soft and relaxed. People often descrbie IG like the james bond grove 🙂 . If you have no problems opening up then IO wont do much for you, so I am thinking instead you should buy IH for the 1 on 1 dates 😃 . You can had it a touch of TUTH but not to much unless what youre looking in the night is not romance but raw sexuality. About the confidence, the only products that I can really say that tweak with my confidence is ammo and Instant Shine, Ammo makes my confidence sky rocket, you will see you will love it 😉 . Hey Josh, Welcome. A lot of us have been on the similar path of you. had it all, always had the babe, always had the confidence while with that beautiful girl and was envied. Then that is all taken out from under us once she is gone and the whole time you were with her you found yourself depending on her for your confidence rather than continually working on yourself. You still got it down inside of you my man, you just gotta resurrect it ! The mones will definitely help and youve been provided some great advice on products thus far. I also suggest that you begin to focus on YOU again and work on that confidence and go out with the mindset of having fun and making as many friends as possible, not just focusing on the i need to score. The ammo will help to keep you out of the friend zone, but if you are not confident in the way you approach, walk, carry yourself, talk, then that will be very evident because most of our communication all comes from non verbals. Keep working out, maybe get some new fresh clothes and update your style, read up on some confidence books, and the rest will follow once you feel better about yourself. ! ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Josh! My team already gave some excellent advice and recommendations. You certainly do need to work on your confidence and because of your last relationship you might be moving a bit more cautiously then you use to. College is the place to experiment , have fun and take chances while finding out just what you are made up of. Welcome to an adventure. Your gc will be issued soon! ---

Thanks everyone for the quick, yet very helpful advice you have for me. I am really looking forward to testing out this products. Im a barterder, well atleast during the summer when Im no in school. This means I already interact & come in contact with alot of people, im very curious to see the different reactions I get from wearing different mixes. I’ve also started reading some of the journals the are very fun to read, so Im thinking starting one myself from a rookies point of view, The Trial & Errors of a [Pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) Rookie or something similar 😛. ---

A great idea indeed ! Journals help you to log your dosages, and reactions from others as well as self effects and serve as a tool for you to recall upon and see how the hits increase as you become more experienced with the products. Plus, everyone around here enjoys reading the journals as well, whether it be the senior members or the new! Hope to hear about your explorations at the bar and ask anything you have a question on in the future in the mens forum !
