hey, Im a new member on this forum. Im a male, 24, from toronto, canada. I have used pheromones before, nothing from [smartmones.com](http://smartmones.com), but I have used certain [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) from ebay before, about 2 or 3 years ago, i tried Nikita, and Pherlure. Was very impressed. especially pherlure, I ordered another 2 bottles after my first one ran out. Im a university student, around large groups all the time, or mostly very close to random people i dont know. I have to say, certain situations pherure really really worked for me to the point it has introuced me to the world of pheromones and i truely strongly believe they work miracles & I know it. I have been going through pheromonetalk forums for a while now, but never signed up until today, .. I guess im finally ready to try out some. from readng most users comments, im very impressed by smartmones, and hopefully ill learn alot more about phero’s I really want to try out A314 & Instant shine. but im really unsure if i should go with regular instant shine or 2X I have used pheromones before, i do understand applying more is not good. any suggestions on IS regular or 2X ? Im really impressed by users review on instant shine and really would like experience that effect. just unsure since alot of users report amazing results from 2X , and some from regular. ---

Hi laciera! Welcome to the mone forum! Awesome that you have mone experience. Pherlure I’ve heard can normally give some positive results. What did you see happen with Pherlure on? That was my first experience online with mone products! A lurker, mmmm… I’ll let that pass…😛 But smart of you to register and read up on forum members posts… gets you a better handle on how mones work. IS for regular or 2x… To double or not to double… IS 2x is basically equal to 2 sprays of regular strength IS. I’m a bit older than you and order the IS 2x. I did my own sweet spot testing on IS on my sig below amazing in a bottle and found that for me, 2 sprays of regular strength will get me consistent self effects and effects on others. Saves in sprays in the long run. But, no problem with OD’ing with IS, so 2x is OK to order. The only thing is that if you get the effects you want with just 1 spray of regular strength IS and your using IS 2x strength, your wasting some mones… Try out 1x IS and with 2 sprays, your equivelent to the 2x of IS, one spray… hope that clear enough… sometimes I can be verbose without saying too much… ☹ Well, wish you well in your selections!!! 🙂 ---

hey thanks for your reply. i was wondering the same thing. so i guess 2X IS 1 spray = 2 sprays of regular IS. thanks for clearing that up, ill go with the 2x. i want some self effects too. also some member said, to effect yourself apply to neck pulse point & effecting others, apply to wrist … is this how it works? also, over applying IS, starting out with 4 sprays, could that be bad ? or work negitavely? does IS have ngative effects if over applied? (2X IS, 2 sprays, = 1on neck, 1 on wrist) ---

Basically, the concept is the farther away mones are from your nose, the less of an effect they’ll have on you. For example, I use A314 oil, and after applying to my jaw line, I’ll dab a bit of the oil under my nose, for self effects… But, the mones work best when applied to your skin directly and the recommended combo is on your skin not in a bottle. Now… I get a calmness, a centered feeling, a seriousness of taking care of business… Though, with time, the self effects seem to diminish, at least that’s my experience. Though, I still enjoy it at it’s current levels. If I give myself a mone break, for a couple of days, the self effects seem better. IS still gives me a content feeling, slight smile to the mouth… but when I first started, when I got to my sweet spot, it was more of a happiness spray… 😮 ---

mann, Im excited to try all of them out. Ive ben reading these forums for a while now, Ireally would like to try all the main ones, A314, ammo, tuth, and use the combo IS with IO+IH, so im guessing it would always be good to take a [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) beak, 2-3 days outta the week. … also, does IS have any negative effects if over dosed? ---

I get a solid, confident vibe with it to those around me with some sexual tension as well. Because of the attitude that I project at work and during the day, the sexual side of AMMO is muted, but ever present… Remember that the mones are signals that you can use to your advantage and play them up or hammer em down. 🙂 ---

actually its very interesting you ask that. I do have a girlfriend, we live together, and I am actually extrmely happy with her. everythings great in every way. So im not really looking to attract single girls or anything really, thats why Im choosing to go with the A314 & Instant shine along with IO, & IH eventually. I guess in my situation A314 & IS would be the best for me. I just hope to have a good life at work, at uiversity, friends, etc. get close and have better realtionships with people i know & around me,or other people i meet. thats about it. Is there anyother mone you may suggest thats suitable for me? ---

1Alpha has made some great recommendations - and yes, A314 and Instant Shine are perfect to start out with, the A314 great for confidence/trust/respect in work environments. Ammo is a nice all around product that will give your confidence and sex appeal a nice boost, and can be worn in just about any environment. It also goes well with any of the other products. [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) is great for improving relationships with those around you, they will be more comfortable around you and more likely to trust and open up to you. ---
