Basically, the concept is the farther away mones are from your nose, the less of an effect they’ll have on you. For example, I use A314 oil, and after applying to my jaw line, I’ll dab a bit of the oil under my nose, for self effects… But, the mones work best when applied to your skin directly and the recommended combo is on your skin not in a bottle.
