Hello everyone! I’m a new member and I’ve recently made my ordrer (IO, TUTH, IFM). I just have one question: I’ve made the order in 12 March and until now in section “Orders & tracking” says that my order’s status is “processing”. What does this mean? Have the products been shipped (or not?)? Can anyone enlighten me? ---

sure 🙂 it possibly means they are still getting your stuff together to be shipped. this happens when there is an influx of people wanting the same product and they were out of stock sooner than expected, _or…_ its possible its been processed and sent out, but there has been a glitch in the system recently that tells people its not sent _but it_ _in fact is sent_. jasmin will eventually see this post and respond or you can give her a call. either way, dont sweat it, its on the way!😉 ---

We’re in the same boat. I placed an order a day before you, and mine is still processing as well. As far as I know they’re extremely busy. Chances are if it still says processing, then hasn’t shipped yet. I’m impatient myself, but sadly a little patience is in order. ---

Ooh, hi vasilis86! Sorry to just catch your intro now. How’ve you been? I was curious… what do you primarily want to use pheros for? I know where you’re from (😃 its the magic of beign able to see the order system), but for the sake of others, would you mind letting us all know whereabouts you’re from? Oh, tip: If you made your order via International GPM, sometimes those don’t get updated nearly as fast, because I can’t look up the GPM label numbers as fast as I can for something like FedEx or GEM. I usually have to wait for large master lists to come in before I can update everyone. Hope that helps! Check your email for the 15$ gift cert 🙂 ---
