Hey everyone, This is my first post on this forum. I am excited about trying [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/)!!! I have never used pheromones and need some advice. I am single and I just started a new job. I would like people to notice me at work, specially the ladies. Can one of you veteran users give me some advice? Btw I don’t know if this helps but I am Asian, 5’ 7", average buil, and about to turn 28. Thanks ---

😕I might be me but im not doing too good , I tried [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), IS, Turn up The Heat and the reactions to my presents is minimal to say the least …WOT am I doing wrong ?😕 ---

IShine is to promote good moods in people. You don’t mix them just spray them on different application points. Nice to have ya! I’m in Sac, Cali. ---

Welcome to PheromoneTalk, sun\_1989! 🙂 Your introductory GC is now in your email. 🙂 AMMO, an all-around attractant, indeed is a good choice, since your main objective is leaning towards attracting women/getting noticed. But since you are just a newbie at work, I suggest you start with the IShine solo for a week, 2 sprays should be good for your age. And then when everything is settled, when everyone recognizes you as the happy-to-be-with guy, start using the AMMO solo. Then on the 3rd week, use the two alternately, then combine them on the 4th week. For respect, I will recommend IG solo or the combo of IG + IShine. hello sun\_1989! What I would do if you can is look at the **Men’s Intro Kit** as you would get everything to try and use to really see what is the best fir for you and there is no guess work and you won’t have to make multiple orders because you would get everything to try so you can see what is the very best fit. I have to note Ammo can be used at work, but it best used outside of work for general attraction and you will get the most out of this one outside of work. I am not trying to discourage you from using at work and you should try here, you will just get the most outside of work is all. For work I would look more at either IG or the A314 for your main one. I would test these and then test your Ammo. Down the road you can actually use your Ammo with these as well for attraction at work to. I am also a very big fan of IShine as well as this will boost your confidence and put everyone in a great mood. Really if your goal is attraction I would very first test your Ammo for the very best dose and then this one. Then I would try using the IShine with your Ammo and you will not be disappointed and is a very basic yet one of the most powerful combos you could make. The IShine will bring out even more attraction out of the Ammo, so you can not go wrong with this setup and what I like is this combo is very easy to use and highly suggest trying for one of your first combos.
