Hello to everyone… I am brand new to this world of [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) and would appreciate some honest answers as to whether pheromones can help with a marriage that for the last 2 years has been devoid of any intimacy.. I am a 42 year old male living in the UK with my wife of 5 years and two children aged 5 and 3 1/2. I guess to sum it up my wife and I pretty much live in the same house but its kind of like we share the house rather than share our lives. We both look after the children when we are not at work, but dont really look after each other. There are a load of issues which we need to resolve and my wife is complicated.. I love her and am not interested in having any affairs, but one of the issues We/I have is that we have not been intimate for 2 years and by that I mean nothing from a lingering kiss and cuddle to full sex. She suffered from depression shortly after our eldest was born and for the next two years was on medication. Life was no picnic. She works part time and I work full time. In short I yearn for her to throw her arms around me or just cuddle up next to me on the sofa, but nothing. Aside from any other issues she may have - is it likely that there are any pheromones that could improve her perception of me and encourage her to want to cuddle up next to me…I am sure if this happened it would trigger off perhaps an improvement in our relationship and could rekindle the way we used to be towards each other. Hey there Rich, welcome to the forums! It’s great to see that you care enough to look around for some way to help rekindle that spark of intimacy with your wife! Kudos to you. I’ll let you know upfront that nothing here is going to solve the problem for you… it may make it easier to reconnect with her, but definitely won’t do it on it’s own. So keep that in mind. From what you’ve mentioned, the social phero’s would probably be best for you, until you get that connection back with your wife. hey there i think instant honesty might be what you need to recreate bonding. i feel that maybe it’s the communication issue is at hand, and instant honesty does help create that feeling. whenever i wear that, i connect better not only with guys but also with my girlfriends also. you might also want to consider layering that with ammo to give a bit of a sexual boost too. that might help move things along faster. anyways, hope it helps and feel free to ask any more questions. welcome and gluck 🙂 ---

HI there, Welcome to the forum. I suggest IH, AMMO. IH will re-build relationship. It makes her closer to you. SHe will talk deeper and meaningful with you. AMMO will make her attracted to you again. Secondly, it takes a big person to admit that there is a bit of a snafu in a relationship, and an even bigger person to want to do something about it because of the love with their partner.
