I am 19 years old and have no problem with meeting pretty girls. I just have a problem getting the courage to ask them out on dates and to hang out. I would like help with being more outgoing and social what pheros would you guys recommend? IShine,IH,IO, A314. p83,ammunition,CTTM,TUTH IJ,IG,IFM,A1 spaceland or what? Any recommendations and or input is greatly appreciated. I look forward to learning and becoming more successful with girls. 🙂 ---

Welcome to the forum, ching! First off, I want to tell you that if you’re already having little trouble meeting pretty girls, I don’t know how much [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) will help you. Of course, they might make it more likely for the girls to actually ask you out, but that’s not a very reliable solution. You need to learn to take risks and just go for it. If you’re already in an environment where you can talk to lots of girls, then even if you ask a girl on a date and she says no, there will be plenty more around. You have to get over the confidence issue. Up to this point, you’ve probably been thinking over everything you would say, how you would go about initiating the conversation, fine-tuning the scenario in your head. Stop that immediately. While it is definitely good to have things planned out a bit, that’s something you can work on later. Right now, just go for it. Ask them before all of your fears and self-doubt can convince you not to. That means it has to happen spur of the moment. Once you have a few of these experiences under your belt, then you can work on improving how you actually approach. I wish you the best! Tell us more about your personality, the environments in which you want to be using the pheromones, anything you think might be useful. And read up on these products on the forum if you have time. Yah ching. First off welcome to the forums. I hope you learn and and get what you are learning looking for out of the pheromones. Remember the mones wont do everything for you they are like a new shirt. They are only as good as you make them out to be.They are not magic but they do help a lot. ---

Ching92 welcome to pherotalk and the forums! I have to say that i completely stand behind Vespero’s comments and although these cant completely change you as a person they can help while you try to mold yourself to being different and gathering more respect and confidence. The more you elaborate the more we can make the best recommendations. If you want to gain some confidence then i suggest you try a product like IG, or instant shine which has a slight confidence boost and also makes you more outgoing and upbeat. IF you want a general attractant and small confidence boost then seek ammo since it does very well with attracting the ladies and helps to steer clear of the friend zone. For your approach anxiety i think you should look to [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) since this mone is known as the ice breaker. IT will help you to loosen up and conversations will flow more freely ! That in itself should help to boost your confidence once you feel more open and able to approach and talk to people. So should I stray away from the experimones and putatives right now like 297 and 301 and p83? ---

The Instant products are much easier to learn with, and they are also returnable (unlike the putatives and experimental test mixes, which you’re stuck with even if you don’t like them). For your situation, go with Ammo and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). Ammo will give your confidence and sex appeal a nice boost, and Instant Openness will totally help with approach anxiety by relaxing you and everyone around you, and making people friendlier and more talkative. ---
