Good day, I am a complete newb to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) so I come seeking advise. I’m a 28 year old male from the east coast USA. I have always been shy but have done well with the ladies in the past, I was involved in a 4 year relationship that ended about 8 months ago.I concentrated on work and dealt with the breakup and about two months ago I figured it was time to go out and try to get back on the horse. To make a long story short my “game” or maybe my delivery no longer works and unlike when I was younger rejection has lowered my confidence. My target is women at bars and waitresses I come across when I go out to lunch. I have always been skeptical pheromones in a bottle work but have a very open mind. My question to members is which pheromone for my target is recommended. I am interested in ammo but don’t know the rest of the products. Thanks in advance ---

Saddle up Hardtrack, This is a good place to find your way back onto your horse & Ammo is a great product to start with. In my experience it is one of the most effective pheromone mixes AD sell. It is great for Bars & clubs but well rounded enough to get away with at lunch time. Ammo just seems to add that sexy sparkle to what ever you say and is a real attention grabber. Other products you may want to consider would be [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (all round feel good vibe) Instant Openess (to get them chatting) and even TUTH (for late night icing on the cake) Not necessarily a very social product, but the self effects of A314 as a confidence boost might be useful in overcoming your shyness, particularly when combined with Instant Shine. ---

hello and welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear about the LTR going down. But you are young and on the right track. I know it can be hard sometimes to get back in the groove but you will get it back. If you have doubts about pheromones, try reading the absrtacts section. It has links to scientific artifcles that will show you that pheromones and their effects are real. But you also need to keep in mind that these products do not work like an Axe commercial or in the movies. Women will not fall in love with you or out of the trees into your lap. What they do is give you an edge in social situations. It is up to you to take advantage of that edge. If you sit there and do nothing, nothing happens. As far as products go, hydor gave you some good advice. I normally recommend Ammo, IO and Ishine to guys sho are shy or are having some kind of approach issues. They give you ust that little bit of extra oomph you may need to get over the hump. They do not guarantee success but they sure do help. ---

Hi hardtack and welcome to the forum. You’ve gotten some excellent advice on mones. AMMO and IO would by my recommendation. IO especially for opening others up. Ok Thanks for the advise, I just orderd the mones and will be be putting them to use when they arrive. What would be the recomended dose for newbs such as myself? ---

Athough it’s tempting to just spray on loads of everything and run into Starbucks to see what happens (do try this at some point) the sensible option is to try each product separately, starting at a single spray for a few days, then 2 sprays etc. Then once you have got your head round each one, try mixing them together. Try to follow this, whilst having the occasional lapse in self disipline and go spray mental every now and then.
