Hi Everyone, I recently came across this website, because I by accident bought a hair gel that has phero’s in it. It got me interested in Peremones and trying them out and learning about them. I’ve read a bunch of threads and am interested in trying some out and getting your suggestions on what would be good for me! My name is Dan and I am 24 years old. I am kind of shy but can be quite outgoing when I meet people. I just moved to Lancaster PA for a new job (quite the boonies) and don’t know anyone. I’m also looking to meet some women and persue a relationship. I’m excited and grateful for the opportunity to get a gift card (especially since money is tied up in moving to a new area) and trying these out for myself. Any help would be appreciated! Well, for your career, A314 is a good investment. However, since you are shy, start off with ig to get some respect and status. When you get more comfortable, start using some A314. Thanks. Do you mix them or spray them together. I’m not really worried about my job, more about meeting new people, especially women. Hoping to boost my attactiveness as well. (more of that can’t hurt right haha!) ---

Hi Moonshadow and welcome to the forum! When using 2 [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) you just spray them on your application points ie wrists, neck, arms etc. You can either spray one after the other and mix them that way or you can spray one - let it dry then spray on another. There isnt really a wrong way. Definitely go for Ammo and IS as your first buy. Eventually I would use some of the experimental mixes as these can be very effective at attracting women. Hello there Dan Welcome to pherotalk 🙂 While A314 is a great product but one thing you mentioned stands out to me. Your shy, A314 can be tough for the more introverted shy man to use. You have to lead with it because of the high alpha signature. I always feel that the shy men should start out with pheromones with more pull. This helps with the shyness and confidence and lets them see what mones can do for them better. Then as you get used to the attractive socials and the sexually attractive masculines move on to the high alpha. Mackie’s suggest of AMMO and IS are perfect. You may want to add some IO to that as well. They have to-go size bottles to help you try things out at a affordable price and see what your favorites are. IO is a chatty fun attractive mix. It helps open people up sometimes even the user. Never mix your mones together in the same bottle. You can layer the on top of each other or wear each on a different application point thats up to you but mixing them in a bottle can throw off the balance and ratio of the mix.
