Hi, My name is Joni. I am 58 years old (but of course think I look and act younger). I am looking into using [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) to enhance emotional intimacy with my husband of 36 years. I realize pheromones are not a magic bullet but think they may give me a boost. I read the post about what pheromones can and cannot do. My husband and I have had some rough patches in a basically sound and committed relationship but during one of those rough patches a female “friend” has gotten too close to him (non sexually) for MY comfort. I hope the pheromones can enhance the bond my husband and I have and enable us to talk this issue through (it is a touchy subject for both of us). We talk about a lot of other things but this is under the table. Actually I think this “friend” may naturally produce high concentrations of some of these pheromones. I need all the help I can get. From what I read of the ladies products, Sexiness B…I think that’s the one with TAH creates a sex kitten type of vibe. IE something that might inspire a sense of protectiveness in a man. Hello and welcome to the forum. Glad to see you here but sorry to hear that things are not running as smoothly as they could at home. I have been married over 20 years myself and have found - as you seem to be searching for - that communication is key. With that in mind - from the communications aspect I would recommend first IH - it helps generate feelings of connection and opens up communication as a result. I would also suggest some Ishine - it will help keep things a little more upbeat. After that IS/b is probably the right way to go in the sexual realm. But I would get some advice form the ladies as well … ---

Do you know how many different products a person can use at one time. I was thinking of using instant shine IH, IShine and maybe something called MX300. Is that too many? ---

Thanks for taking the time to post. I also was thinking about a product called MX300 (supposed to be a female version of A314) to encourage respect but all my research gets sort of mixed up ---

MX300 is supposed to project an assertive alpha female kind of vibe. Unless part of your current issues are your man perceiving you as being overly weak and needy I don’t know that 300 would be a good idea. I know a lot of men can be intimidated by a strong independent woman…it can feel emasculating to a lot of guys. Shine, warm, likable and charismatic. Welcome to Pherotalk Jonib! Yes, MX300 does promote respect and we recommend it mainly for work, interviews and certain other relationships. If respect is the issue btwn you and the hubby then pheromones won’t work that well. MX300 can also make you act and seem bitchy if you are not careful so for what you are describing it is not ideal. Getting to know the products individually you can mix any amt you want for a desired effect. The products you were recommended are a good start.
