hello i just found this site and so far it’s been a great resource, i’m male and 20 years old from new york, i’m kinda shy so i’ve been reading up on which [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) would work best for dating. so far i’ve come to the conclusion that ammo would be the best starter anyone have any other suggestions? ---

Hi tyler and welcome to the forum. I would say yo have a good start with ammo, but also take a look at Instant shine to give you all a positive feel during the date. As well you may want to look into some [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty to add quantity and quality to the conversation. And dependant on the results you want you may want to add some other products. Start with the togo sizes and see how you like them. How do woman tend to respond to you right now? How do you wish they resonded to you and what results do you want in the dating field? Good luck, take a look at the mens threads to see others results and experience. ---

thanks everyone for the reply’s, usually girls get sort of interested in me, but then soon afterwards i end up in the “just friends” category another issue is usually getting a conversation started when out in a public place with girls i don’t know, would the instant openness/honesty potentially help there? if i end up getting a gift certificate i’ll probably end up ordering to-go ammo, shine, honesty, openness, and instant female magic to test with ---

You’ve already received some great advice on pheros and made some great choices. I might avoid the [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) at least for now. If you have girls usually ending up in the “just friends” catagory, it seems that you are already doing to good a job at making them comfortable. You need to work on creating sexual tension. I would probably recommend getting a hold of some of the PUA material out there. David DeAngelo’s Double Your Dating e-book is a great place to start. You can also subscribe to his Dating Tips email newsletter for free. Instant Openness and Instant Honesty will definitely help to get conversations going and taking them to deeper levels. ---

Well Tyler that wasn’t to difficult and by telling us more you got yourself qualified for the GC. I would recomend some [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) for you. It will give off the I’m the man vibe that will make the girls lick their lips around you. Seriously also try some CTTM. It will get the girls talking. I believe the Ammo will be the best if you wanted just one. You might even consider Ijerk when it comes back in the store. It will give you the bad boy vibe and the girls will eat you up. Hey Tyler. Whats up buddy? Just passing by, … mmm, you got yourself quiet useful advice from our peers to get rolling. (pay attention to them and put your own touch of uniqueness on the mix; You Can’t Fail!) … Your shyness stood out the most (funny how things work, eh?!) … Mark’s advice is right on the money, when you said “friend dept” I could tell right away the same thing “You are working to much the comfortable zone”. David D’s stuff will get you a nice insight on things. One thing I tell you, is test, test, test… no matter what happends, there will always be more situations and more chicks to practice and enjoy, so don’t get discourage until you can find the perfect mix for the perfect occasion. 😮 Personally, … what has work for me is not to focus on the product.
