Hey guys,

I recently purchased my first pheros. My friend who has a lot of experience recommended MX297 but I also have [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), Shine, Gentleman and A314. I have been using different mixes when I’ve been out but I don’t really have a clue what I’m doing, and want to start using them properly.

The other night I went out wearing 3 sprays of MX297, 3 Instant Shine, 3 Instant Openness all applied to the neck. I’m actually quite confused by the results I got. I got a lot more respect from everyone that night and people want to meet up with me and get to know me better. I got called weird by this guy who was befriending me the whole night. I think maybe I wasn’t congruent with the signal I was giving off?

I want to start using them correctly and not just randomly applying them like I’ve done so far. Also, I thought I should mention that I’m 23 years old. Would appreciate some advice.

Thanks in advance

> Its a question we all ask at some point… The very first thing to do when you begin to think about purchasing pheromones is to start observing people before you use them. Ask yourself what are peoples normal general reaction to you and others around you. Are they open and friendly ? Are they intimidated ? Do they acknowledge your presence ? Do strangers generally talk to you ? Are people in a great mood when hanging around you ? Do people treat you with respect ? Are guy/girls open to you…

This will help you determine reactions better.

Then if you have questions pop back here and ask them.

One important thing you should do is test each one on its own before making combos. You wont know what a product is doing or how much you need to use if you jump right into layering them.
