Hi Everybody! As the title says, I am new to [pheromones](https://a314.com/) but I have heard good things from a friend of mine but I am still not sure what to think. What should I look for as a guy in my early 40s? Ideally to attract women but I realize there is more to life than that.. something that will be given respect and taken seriously would be nice as well. I’m looking for something that is spray and go, nothing too complicated ---

Hey jpd179, You’ve come to the right place, and I believe your skepticism will soon be put to rest as was with a lot of the rest of us. With your goals in mind I’d probably suggest A314 or [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). But I’d ask first, when you say attract women, can you explain specifically what attraction you’re going for? Sexual? Or more in a social way? Also, what sort of women would it be? ---

Hi, welcome. As men get older, they produce less androstenone (the mone that sexually excites women) and more androsterone (the mone that gives a status / protection feeling to women) To make up for the androstenone, try ammo or ammo in double strength. It’s a sexual blend. TUTH is a pure androstenone spray and I think one spray of ammo x2 and TUTH will serve you well when picking up girls at bars To make am ore upbeat, happy go lucky mood, get IS. It is a mood lifting blend that puts a positive spin on my emotions. It’s surprising how well it works. It adds extra confidence too and reduces mental chatter. ---

Hello jpd179, I have to also go with the A314 as this should work perfectly for you being 40. You have an advantage because being 40 and over you can use A314 for a lot more things as women over 40 respond very well to the A314 and will see you as a prize to them. If anything else get the A314. Now the oil is the best IMO, but they also have the spray A314A and A314B and from what I understand they are pretty much the same just the A is much stronger. If I am wrong someone please correct me. next I would get IShine as you can not go wrong with it. Will boost your confidence and put you and everyone in a great mood. Works for every possible scenario to like work, dating, socials, etc. If you get Ammo it is worth looking at the 2X or heavy version so you get more pheromones and less scent as Ammo is cologne strength and is a very nice scent, just can be a little much if you use 3 sprays or more.
