Hi, new to this pheromone thing. Have no idea what I’m doing tbh. I’m 24 year old Hispanic male living in Pennsylvania… The reason I decided to come to this site was that I’ve been with my girlfriend for two months and she haven’t really opened up to me… I just want her to be more open with her life etc… When she drinks she gets handsy idk if that could make a difference in what [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) I get or what like something to do with her pyschology or something but yeahz. Hi Vans, Welcome to this forum. The fact that she is your girlfriend already is a good sign. If I undertsand right, she’s the introvert type and somewhat secretive. HI Vans, I have experienced this a lot especially with women that are under 25 or so. It does take some work to open them up. Your best bet is to get the men’s starter kit as this will have everything you need to get her to open up. The best option is to get the starter kit and add CTTM2 and this would be the ultimate package for anyone. But if you are on a budget or just want to try a few items I would get. IO this is an icebreaker and think this is a must have. This should help open her right up. IH This will help with bonding and deep conversation. This would be great to use to find out what is on her mind and to get to the root of any problems there may be in the relationship. Both of these do come in the smaller 5ML bottles if you can’t afford the bigger 30ML bottles. Ammo this is a must have also. For attraction. Great standalone and nice cologne to. Good for day game also. You will need something like this if you use IO or IH or you may get in the friendzone which is no good. IS I always suggest this as it will boost confidence and put her in a good mood. For what you are looking for I suggest the items I listed above. Welcome to the forums, Van. The guys gave you some great advice. I’d like to know, however, more about your girlfriend. Is she simply shy and introverted? Or is she more outgoing, but have difficulty expressing her emotions? How did you two meet? How into you do you think she is? These sorts of things can help us determine what type of pheromones would be best suited for your specific situation. I’d definitely start off with Instant Shine and Instant Honesty for the same reasons Conjurator stated. This will open the door to determine where to go next. Wear the pheromones around her consistently for at least a week. You’ll see her opening up and developing more trust with you. Depending on what she tells you, you can then switch IShine with Ammo to keep you out of the friendzone as Justintime suggested. At the very minimum, get IShine, IH, and Ammo. Use this as your starting pheromones to help your girlfriend open up. If you’re interested in using pheromones at work, there are other products you can use, such as [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). This will put you on good terms with your managers. They’ll see you as a reliable, smart young man. TUTH can also add more intensity in the bedroom. Thanks for the response guys… Well tbh I’m a extrovert vary out going. Sometimes it’s not always a good thing nonetheless that’s my personality type… There is really nothing I won’t say or do… Relationship wise I’m alittle bit more reserved. Clingy I guess that’s why I want to know so much in a short window of time. I said all I really can describe about my girlfriend. ---

Thanks Vans for the additional info. Here’s my suggestion - [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), Instant Honesty, and Instant Shine. These three in this order of importance. IG will give a sense of centeredness and maturity, while smoothing out your extroverted nature. This one is important for you. You need to tone down your Alpha-ness, but still maintain your manhood. IG will help you out here. IH will tell her that you’re trustworthy. She will likely open up and have more intimate conversations with you. IShine will give your extroverted nature a sense of friendliness and make you more approachable. Use all three consistently around her for at least a week. She needs to get used to your new scent. When she starts opening up to you, you can drop IShine and use it only when you two go out on a date. Maintain IG and IH for a while longer. Good luck! ---

Yeah, you can use that with that mix, but [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) will do the same in helping her open up. It’s just that IH will promote more intimate conversations, while CTTM will promote more superficial conversations. With CTTM, people will talk whatever pops in their mind, but not necessarily what they are feeling. It’s a different type of conversation. Since you’re the type that already speaks his mind, you will feel the affects of CTTM as well. You’ll get incredibly chatty. You might be better off with IH to tone down your Alpha-ness. ---
