# New, skeptical and looking for answers

I can tell you now, that Pheros do work. I strongly suggest starting up with TOGO bottles to kill any skeptism in your head. Also, read around the forums and read [What pheromones can and can't do: realistic expectations for newcomers](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/what-pheromones-can-do-and-what-they-cant-updated/9558) So you can find out what to expect from pheromones and what not to expect.

I’ve personally ordered 2 sets of TOGO bottles due to funding, but I can tell you they do work. Be sure to let us know how you get on, and don’t be afraid to ask with any questions.
