Pheromones give you a edge but they do not make it effortless. Its just one part of attraction. So yes they will help but they cant do it all for you.
Well there is no set answer to this. Generally we say up to 8 feet away but you have to consider the environment and sillage of the product.
In a room you will eventually effect most people who are in there with you at some point. As you move around the mones form a vapor trail much like a good cologne will do. That vapor trail will lead to you so at times distance can be grater then 8 feet. In a large crowded environment its 5 to 8 feet is a good estimate to how far away you need to be.
