From my journal **Venue:** Outdoors **Weather:** Mid 70’s low humidity **Pheromones Used:** IG(2), IH2x(2), IJ(1), P93 10mcg, P83 30 mcg So I met up with some friends the other night and one I had a particular interest in. One of my friends knew what was going on and luckily the one I wanted sat alone so when I got there I got to sit next to her. I’m just going to break down each individual reactions I got from them based on the products I wore. **[Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/):** Respect but light hearted. They were all able to open up and had fun conversations. Nothing got too serious, conversations kept flowing, didn’t see any awkwardness. **Instant Honesty:** The component of that coupled with IG I believe is what stood out for me the entire night. I noticed from the last exposure I had with two of them wearing MX297, IH, P83 combo was more subtle and less conversation. It could also be the situation they were in and more people the last time. **Instant Jerk:** This gave me more confidence than anything, coupled with Androsterone based products (A314/IG) this, for self effects helps me get over the “Awkwardness anxiety”. Also I needed some Androstenone base to the mix to help me with the attraction hits. **P83:** Along with the IJ (Ill let you guys determine the reaction.) I noticed initiation of physical contact, slight touches to the shoulder/arm. Close physical proximity, I didn’t get like a blatant IOI that I get with some girls so I wasn’t sure on how to read that or to take that. PUA/Experts please chime in. **P93:** I still am not sure on what this does, but I’ve started to change mixes around to see what P93 brings me but I do know from some research it has a softening effect so I had some sort of basis to do it. It could have softened up the IJ right to where I needed it to be for that occasion. That’s going to be on my test list coming up soon. All in all I’m not sure how to take it. I’m always iffy with girls I do like and confident with ones I don’t. It’s stupid I know but what can you do. ---

Thanks for taking out the time and writing out this report P51. I most certaintly can relate to the “social awkwardness”. I’ve found that A314 or just plain old [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/) can help nip this right in the bud.🆒 As for the P83 and the touching, remember that girls can be much subtler than us guys when it comes to demonstrating affection. Also, the fact that they felt comfortable in touching you to begin with means that you have their trust/attention. If someone hangs around you more than usual or gets closer than they usually do then it’s safe to assume P83 is working at some level.😉 ---

What approximate dosages do you use with [P75](https://a314.com/product/p75/)? ---

I used it for my first 2-3 weeks in school and I thought it was terrific. There were lots of mixes that I actually centered around it and I found that even at 2.5mcgs it got the job done. I can’t say I noticed too many _sexual_ hits, but I’m sure given enough time things could go there. You could probably wear _just_ P75 and still get great results. ---
