Ok, trying new ttest now…  
My wife is older than me, so I applied two sprays of IShine to the neck and two sprays of AMMO to the inner elbows…interesting to see the results.

Its great that you are reporting!! However, this thread is for totally new newcomers, so if you don’t mind, posting your reports in the Men’s section will get better exposure and more feedback from other members 🙂

Sorry…I didn’t know…I kind of still consider myself a new user since I just got my order yesterday and I am new to this, so I am not sure of the best way to use these products.

The best way to start learning how [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) work is to take some time to read the sticky’s at the top of the men’s forum. Then read this - [Congruence? What's That?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/congruence-whats-that/9805)

Begin testing individually, starting with one spray. That’s how you find your “sweet spot” (the number of sprays you need/correct dose for you!). It’s different for everyone. Once you determine the effects of each, you’ll be better able to combine them to your advantage.

Yeah, any questions you have should be posted in the mens forum. You could repost or maybe Tisha will come along and move this over there.
