Begin testing individually, starting with one spray. That’s how you find your “sweet spot” (the number of sprays you need/correct dose for you!). It’s different for everyone. Once you determine the effects of each, you’ll be better able to combine them to your advantage.

Yeah, any questions you have should be posted in the mens forum. You could repost or maybe Tisha will come along and move this over there.
