A314 is a strong alpha/status/trust and respect mix that conveys many qualities that will suit you well at work. However, you do need to work with it and adopt the behaviours to back it up. I would say the oil base is essential as it has a smooth slow difussion that lasts a full working day and despite its high initial cost, the number of drops in a bottle make it very cost effective. There is a lower priced and shorter acting alcohol based version that is a useful try out - The main thing with it is that it hits harder to begin with and lasts around 4-6 hours per application as opposed to 8-12 hours for the oil. You don’t say your age but IG may also be interesting as it projects a lighter suave/status vibe that still says quality and may be more suitable for a younger person? For private life, Ammo is a good place to start - A well balanced social/sexy/masculine formula that is good for social attraction, with a sexual edge. hello to all hello my name is jon and i am a 29 yr old male. i live around the south central U.S. i am shy on the outside but when i get to know you, hum, you better watch out for a conversation. i can talk and talk and talk. i am not really for certain whats wrong with my mental state. i have always been that way. i am trying more and more to be more out going. it wasnt but just these last several years that i really felt like, ok if i make a little effort what could go wrong. but as a background i do work in a corporate natural gas industry, and have lots of room for growth. and there is tons of beautiful woman in this world that i have always thought if i had a edge over the compition then wow life could be alot better. so thats what leads me here. i am looking for the best [pheromones](https://a314.com/) for corporate work enivonments and the best pheromones for attracting and more with the ladies. i am very handsome but i guess i give off the pheromones that does not get the turn ur head and look at me vibes. any help would be greatly appriciated. thanks, jon ---

Hi there, holljv! Welcome to THE mone forum, PheroTalk!!! So, you say that once you get to know someone, you get over that initial hump of first contact, then you talk the person’s ear off… I would then recommend that you try out IO, to crack that initial resistance to start up a relationship… I find that it gives others a natural bubbliness… I like that when I’ve worn it, i’ve had people, after a couple of minutes in my mone cloud, just go all talkative without so much as an intro… then, the intro’s are given.🙂 For the corporate arena, I find that the best for this is A314. Alpha vibe, completely, sort of like a Clint Eastwood signal. Don’t mess with me. However, just like Clint, it doesn’t just work to have that signal, you have to BE the Alpha in actions, attitude, and conversation. You’d do good to start out with IG, which gives a leader, knows what he’s doing, vibe, but not as intense as A314. Once you’ve seen what IG can and can’t do for you, you’ll have the experience necessary to pull off the A314. For the ladies in general, you should also try out the IG with IO. Of course, for a general feel good mone, sun shiney… that would be [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). I like the way I have others just relaxed around me! Hi Jon and welcome to the forum! As Mobocaster says A314 is great for work. Do you work predominantly with men or women? For men I would advise using A314 + IH. This will deepen the respect of A314. If you work mostly with women I would suggest A314 + IS. This will help make you more approachable and friendly. I hope this help. Mackie ---

Welcome to pherotalk Holl! We all can use some improvement and that is why 90% came to this forum. It’s just that we need to improve ourselves in different areas and that is fine because all the differences in the world makes it a more beauty and interesting place to live in.
