Hi all I am new to pheromone talk. Someone told me I could get this for all kinds. I am 44 years old and I am hoping someone here can give me a list of [pheromones](https://a314.com/) can use for the following For attracting the ladies and advancement at work. Any suggestions? Thanks ---

Welcome! 🙂 Well, at 44, you have your choice of products as your age gives you a much wider and more versatile dose range compared to younger guys. For work in a professional environment, A314 oil is the best choice. The /b spray is a useful try-out however but it is less subtle and shorter acting compared to oil. Useful steering products include [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) - Sociable team leader. IH - Deep trust/confidence, P74 - Approachable “expert” vibe. For attraction away from work, I like to tune an A314 signature with something like 2x TUTH (5mcg) - 30+ women tend to be more responsive to its sexually overt nature but younger ones may run and hide. Beyond that, IH/Instant Shine together (bonding/feelgood), P74 (connection/closeness), P96 (sexual expression) and P83 (touchy-feely disinhibition) are all useful steering/secondary components. MX297/TUTH - great sexy, party combo. Don’t wear where you can’t have a lot of fun. The broad-based pheros like Ammo are all usable but you age may mean the 2x or “Heavy” version is more appropriate but finding your dose with 1x is still a good idea. ---
