I was wondering if anyone might help me with this question about pheros. BTW I just ordered [Turn up the heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/), [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) all Togo bottles. First off, I read Snooks Pheros for rookies and he talked about not putting any deodorant when you’re about to go clubbing because it would affect how the pheros worked. Now my question is can you still have deodorant anytime of day/night on and have the pheros still work at their full potential or does this affect how they’re used? Another question when using [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and IS. I just start off with one spray and then try to [OD](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pharmacodynamics), correct? Where is the most effective way to apply [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), IS, and [Turn up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/)? Where do I apply each of these so I can get good reactions? And when you guys say one spray, let’s say Ammo, does one spray include one to the neck and one to the wrist or is that considered two sprays? (I hope I worded that right because I have to get to class). Thank for all of your help! ---

tommy “wild fire” Richter what’s up… If you are human like me you will want to use deodorant, i need it , but if you don’t feel like you need it don’t…it could be a deal breaker if I didn’t user it… one spray is one spray… try starting off with 2 spray’s of ammo-one to the throat and one to the hair, and one spray instant shine to the throat also… next time mix it up and do 2 sprays instant shine and one spray of ammo… mix and match for your purpose ---

I would apply ammo and TUTH to your chest. As people will sense it when they come closer to you. And apply shine on wrists, hair, neck or arms. I wouldnt spray anything with none in my hair because it is very sticky and you might have to cut your hair to get it out. Snook said dont wear deoderant to clubs because it hampers your natural phero production. But you can still wear deoderant. BTW I dont see better results when not wearing it. ---

I should only apply Turn Up The Heat in a club environment, right? I’m not sure but I might have found my sweet spots with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). I’ve been testing Ammo for about a week now and I think my wrist and a little of Ammo behind my ears is working, but I’m still not sure this has only been a week worth of testing what works for me. ---

Hey guys just want to let you guys know I’m kind of feeling discouraged after today I haven’t see any reactions what so ever. Maybe Ammo and IS don’t work for me at all. I sprayed once at the wrist and rubbed it to the other and sprayed one shot of Ammo to the front of my neck.and another spray of IS to my neck. Nothing. I feel kind of like this stuff isn’t working. ---

The only thing I did differently was put some IS on my neck on top of Ammo. This whole week I have only been putting Ammo nothing more but even then I’m not sure if I’ve been getting hits or not through the week. I was mostly outside a shopping center in and out of stores. I don’t know I just feel kind of lost I wont give up just yet. I’m going to try two shots one for each wrist and probably one two shots for each ear. Not sure. ---

Richter, look in the journals section for Patratt’s thread. He had a lot of discouraging experiences to start with. There is some good advice that board members gave him. He went on to have some really good results. Maybe that will help you too. Remember that [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) are just a little booster to your overall self. They won’t affect someone who is just walking by you unless there is a reason for them to notice you.
