Hi all, I’m Michael from the UK (West London area, any other Brits about?) I started researching pheromones just earlier tonight really, I had read a few articles about them in the past, but had trouble finding a reputable retailer. Now I’ve found Androtics I can’t wait to try some out! I’ve always had a little trouble with the fairer sex and my relationships have been sparser than I would like them to be, I have trouble finding the right time in a relationship to initiate more personal relations, most of my best friends are women, with whom I am too far into the “friend zone”. Perhaps any experienced users out there could suggest a pheromone which would suit my needs? Also whats the [best pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) for one night stands, I’m having a bit of a dry spell at the moment 😠. edit- also I’m a smoker (hoping to quit eventually but its harder than I thought!) will this have an effect on the pheromones? ---

Hello Michael, welcome to the forum!! Not sure if the smoking will impact the pheromones or not, it might overbear the spread, but it might help for diffusion maybe? How old are you? I suggest you look into a few things. Ammo, for attraction, Instant Jerk (might be good for the one night stands), Instant Shine for confidence and good moods, and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to help with conversation. As for the friends zone, you may be stuck there, but the pheromones with new people who dont already know the way you act and respond. Good luck!! ---

Hi Mike - Welcome to Pherotalk. I’m in Scotland and I’ll say now that AD’s delivery to the UK is expensive but it is also far better than any other phero seller I’ve used - In Europe or the US. All the others can take weeks, whilst AD is only a few days. Customer service is first class too. Yes, there are pheros here that will help you and a lot of other advice on changing your behaviours/becoming more attractive. Do plenty of reading. 🙂 No one phero is best for ONS - All sorts of factors can apply here and someone can respond strongly to you wearing a social, status or sexual phero - for various reasons, the distinctions can be blurred and its all up to your behaviour and their response to it and the pheros that counts. Trying, finding what works with your own body chemistry and personality and at what effective dose is the only way with any certainty. There are many threads here with more detailed explanations but the answer is a qualified no, as smell/scent is the carrier for pheros, not the means of response. However, smoking can inflame the nasal passages and surfaces that absorb the pheros, so there is a possibility of some degradation there - However IME it is not a lot. 🙂 ---

Hey mike! I have to tell you, A314, Ammo, IO and IShine tend to be the most consistent for hits with me. A314 isn’t sexual per se, but it gives off a real manly vibe and the women do like the smell. It is slower acting than other [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/), but it has honestly helped my life the best in all aspects. Ammo is something that I always revisit and become amazed again with the results. It is a more sexual product, but it isn’t something that hits you over the head. It has a fresh soapy smell (at least to me) and I haven’t found a woman that doesn’t like it. IShine is another great one and will often find its way into my hair when I’m going to a party. It gives a youthful vibe in an upbeat and confident way. Like all of AD’s products, it can be worn in combination with other pheromones. I like Ammo and IS together. IO really gets people talking. This can help you out (remember, these do have “self-effects”) if you have trouble approaching. It can also help others talk to you more readily. How old are you? Perhaps we could you direct you to something more specific if we know your age. ---

Welcome to pherotalk Michael! Now products like [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and IO is gonna be great socially and especially Ammo for that confidence boast. However, the friend zone is a very difficult place to be and its not easy to get out of there. I suggest you talk to the men for further advice on improving your game and look into products like tuth and ij once you have to balance of that nice guy vibe you are giving of that is causing you to be stuck in the friend zone. HI Mikibo, another English rose here I am also very new to AD & mones and am loving them. PT is great place to get advice & tips for all sorts of things. As a girl I use different mones to you but shine works for both male &female from what I’ve read. From this woman’s’ perspective not sure if I had a guy in the friend zone I would want to up him to the next level so to speak 😉 Usuallya reason why he’s there and not a potential… 😃
