hello, I am new to pheremone colognes. I have Turn up heat, instans shiness 5 ml, Yes [Pheromone cologne](https://a314.com/shop/) and Climax x factor. I have only used turn up heat once. honestly even the cheapest one us Yes Pheromone cologne, it smells good and sexy. the smell of Climax x factor is not so good and I have used it 2 or 3 times. How can I use Turn up heat in efficent way. Hello and welcome to the forum. I have never used yes Phermone Cologne or Climax X so I cannot give you any adivce on those. Even for Clubs I would use TUTH combined with IShine. TUTH sends out a very strong signal and can chase away some girls. So would recommend using IShine with it - that way you still send out a strong sexual message but it comes across much friendlier and a lot less predatory. Try reading the thread in my signature block about earning a gift certifcate - come back and tell us a little more about yourself and you will be ready for your next purchase. ---

Hi boy2010 and welcome to the forum! I am only familiar with the androtic [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). Once you have these you don’t really have an interest in other ones. When you bought IS and TUTH did you receive a $25 GC. If not you need to describe your personality in more detail shy/outgoing? quiet/loud. Who do you want to influence with pheromones ie girls/co workers/friends? What environment will you use them ie work/bar/club? If you give us more details about yourself like mackie and boss man said, we might be able to give you better advice. And dont be afraid of the search button. Hi, I am 26 male, Thanks for answering me. I am sometimes shy. But I like dancing much. I like latin dance moves much. I can dance in the stage all infront of people. I want to use it in clubs. I would like to attracts girls in clubs. Since clubs are so corwded I am just worried if my smell will be effective or not. I also want to attarct girls in some social meetings. Also I would like add this information. In the clubs it is usually crowded and it is not so easy to talk with someone . In that case I am looking a phereomone will talk instead of me:-) and attracts girls when I start to dance near them. ---

Thanks for advices one simple but importatn question. how I will use TUH with instant honesty or instant shine. I mean will I spray both of them in same place or one of them to my neck one of them to other place of my body. Should I spray these things to on my dress or under my dress to my skin? which part of my body is the best to apply it. best wishes ---

Hi Boy2010 Since you are in a club TUTH would be a good choice and YES it would be a good mix with IH or IS or maybe even both. Try to use each [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) seperately to begin with so that you can get your dosage right starting with 1 spray, then adding more if you have no effects until you find your sweet spot.
