# new to Phermones

Hi Dave and welcome.

Ammo is a great product that many start with, it is more so skewed towards attraction though. The social products, like Instant Honesty, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Shine boost my confidence, and I really enjoy wearing them to work and socially. Another fav of mine is A314, another powerful product great for work.

I suggest you have a good read of [The Mens Guide](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/mens-pheromone-guide-revised-6-15/12168)and let us know if you have any further questions.

There are many married chaps like yourself that post on these forums, you will find their ‘dealing with wives’ threads in the main mens forum.
