Hello, My name is Ryan and I am 23 and live out in Denver, Colorado. I have been reading a lot about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) but I have to admit I am a bit skeptical. Reading the posts of some people can make it seem like they are miracle sprays. Nonetheless, I am willing to spend a little money to see how I might benefit from the products. I am looking for something that will have a small impact on people and something that is not too over the top. I want something that will ease me a little more into those sometimes difficult “icebreakers.” I appreciate anyone’s advice and I am happy to be a new member of this community. I look forward to giving my two cents once I start using these products. Thanks, Ryan ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. A lot of people are skeptical at first - I was - but after seeing this stuff in action I believe. Ammo is just the thing you are looking for - well balance but enough none to let the ladies know you are interested. Also [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) will help with general conversations - just the thing for those Icebreakers. ---

HI ryan, Welcome to the forum. It is normal to be sleptical. I was skeptical at first. For ice breaking, try IO. It is good to open up girls. It will make them want to talk to you. Try IH too. It makes the conversation more personal. YOu will be surprise on the personal stuffs they tell you. It also makes the converation more intimate. Have fun ---

Hello Ryan Welcome To PheroTalk 🙂 Yes these are not miracle sprays you have every right to be skepticle most people believe these sprays will do the work for them 100% which is when they realize after trying them it isnt as it seems, you must and will have to still work hard and be consistent with your interpersonal skills as in your approach and how you approach others, pheromones only give you an edge like a new haircut or some cool threads. For you I would suggest Ammo and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) as these 2 go really well together and you end up smelling nicer then you expected throughout the day. “J” ---

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 Yes sometimes you get to read some exciting stories from [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) users. Keep in mind alot of these guys are working on more then there mones but on “the game” as well and as you read the forum you will see other tips and insights on the subject of attraction as well.
