I recently tested IG from the starter sample pack I received a few weeks ago and have yet to use this at work but had much success outside of work. It’s effects naturally blend with my personality but I am hesitant to use this in my work environment because of the responsibility I hold in my role there and don’t want to throw anything into the mix without being confident of its effects. With that being said, will this product enhance respect from the people I employ? And will this enhance respect from my employer? He’s around 45-50 years old, from NY, black, overREACTIVE, and NOT proactive at all. He’s the type of boss that believes in the idea of doing as he says, not as he does. The type of person who’s easy to resent and NOT sympathetic at all. I’m 24 years old, white, Libra, work as an operations manager in a hospital environment, I manage around 40 colleagues in a given shift in an 800,000 sqft building, and am naturally refined, reserved, and people naturally open up to me and come to me for any personal issues they have for me to fix, or just to vent to (whether inside or outside of work). I’m not interested in intimidating people to get work done but more interested in a motivating type of vibe. Which I feel I already do, but some extra umph would also be nice from the mones. I have 4 other co workers. We will call the 1st one, E. He’s the other 1st shift manager besides myself, and we split the building in half (as far as responsibilities go. He’s a Leo (if you know astrology at all). Definitely gives an alpha type vibe, but very respectful, easy to get along with in and out of work. He’s very relatable and definitely makes an effort to be, which most can pick up on and most definitely everyone appreciates it, that I’ve observed. We manage a lot of different people, with a lot of different races and backgrounds and he always makes it a thing to greet everyone with a “hello” in their native language. Kind of a way to help bond them. When he was first hired and began doing this, attitudes changed left and right (in a positive light) especially since you wouldn’t expect a “gringo” (white guy) to be able to speak different African languages, spanish, french, etc. Now he’s not fluent, but can at least say hello and how are you. Lastly, he always helps out in any way he can, and always has some sort of solution to any problem our department has. He doesn’t have much patience and won’t listen to peoples problems, as he sees this unproductive. He’d much rather hear a jist of an issue and then fix it right away. Myself, on the other hand am more prone to lengthy conversations because I feel it’s healthy to have someone to vent to (a lot of times that’s all they need). My second co worker is on 2nd shift, and we’ll call her V. She’s a Hispanic woman from California, around 32, and is a Gemini. She is very quick and definitely shows characteristics of a Gemini in the sense of having two personalities. She’s a pleasure to have around and feel like there is some sexual type vibe between the two of us. She’s older than I and nothing would ever be acted upon by either party but I always feel like there is an undertone of “sexy” between us two. My boss “G” has a thing for Hispanic woman and the artsy type so he flirts but always used the word buddy to her to keep that barrier. My third co worker is a white male in his early 40’s on 2nd shift, a libra, and a bit of a know it all. Really into the statistics of things, numbers, graphs, etc. Basically anything to show he’s knowledgeable of his stuff. He’s a complainer but doesn’t really fix anything, but he makes up for it by sounding so informed. This helps out a lot for when we have staff meetings, etc. My 4th co worker is a white female, around 50 years old, gemini, easily overwhelmed, and is our office manager to do payroll, and that type of stuff. My boss gives her way too many responsibilities, and our company even gives her stuff to do for other hospitals within the system. Stuff that she should not have to do, but the company is desperate because the other office managers in our system can’t do it, so they put the burden on her then expect her to do it and threaten her if it’s not done because they know she cares too much and will always do her best. We have gotten really close these past 7 months because of that and other problems our company/department is having. Lastly, what are some good mixes to use with this product? I’m interested in mixes that wi ll enhance respect for when I’m at work (but not a threatening respect) because I’m just not interested in any type of intimidation factor. I feel there are much healthier and better ways than intimidation. Also for ouside of work I’m looking for mixes that will enhance sexiness because I’ve read this product can output a brother type of vibe when used alone. Thanks for your help. The type of hits I’ve received using IG:- compliments on my hair (i have long flowy hair but at a “professional” type length since I wear a shirt and tie everyday). - older and younger woman talking about my looks and blushing when I notice with a smile. - people saying I look happy today and stuff along those lines. -self effects were feeling smooth, relaxed, in control, confident. Not sure if this just gave off a cute vibe (which I naturally already give off with me being the youngest manager in my department, surrounded by a bunch of older folks above me and below me on the ladder of command) or if there was any respect involved so any help would be appreciated. Hi Dmg91, Welcome to this forum. Thanks for the great intro, also. It’s great to see you have experience already with AD products. IGentleman is my favorite workplace product from a status and effciency standpoint. It will make you appear wiser and dependable to your colleagues and boss. It also help keeping calm and assessing stressful situations by breathing, thinking, then speaking. I’ve used this in a one-on-one with a former boss and I was so solid, I won a hostile discussion without losing my cool. Also, let’s say that the ladies enjoy the gentlemanly vibe it gives out. You could also add A314 to you arsenal. That one is more commanding respect and enforcing leadership. It brings a part of intimidation. It can be combined with IG for very interesting effects or used alone. Your boss might feel threathened by A314, it is much softer with IG, it alls depends on circumstances. To help the issue with employees having issues or problems, like that 50 y.o. lady, you can combine IG with IH. It will help solve many issues by making her more open on th problem. Just remeber to put IH on your hands or wrists, not near face. If you did not have a gc, you’ll be eligible for one to apply on your next buy and it’s worth 25$ so it’s worth it. Thanks for the response, anyone else have an opinion about using IG in a management role? Since I’ve only used it outside of my work environment, it seems to me from my observations that woman just seem kind of infatuated when I wear it. Very positive vibes but I’m not sure how to read them. I feel like people look at me like “that’s the type of man I want my daughter to have.” Though, that is a good feeling and something I’m definitely interested in projecting from myself, I’m just not sure if it’s sexual enough for a stand alone mone when getting to know a new female one might be interested in. With that being said, I have a “catching up type of date” with an ex of mine tomorrow after work so I’ll test it out for work in the a.m. and on the date in the afternoon. Recommendations for how many sprays? I’ve only done one spray to the top of my hair and kinda felt like the effects linger pretty long and even the next day. How many hours is IG supposed to last? And any recommendations of placement of spray and how soon before the date? ---

With IG, I’d go for the neck, personally, not the hair. Probably that other users will voice their opinions about IG indeed. I have used up to 3 sprays IG and got great results, but some users report irritability for such doses, so proceed with caution. You might try 1 or 2 sprays until you get used to it. ---

We’re about the same age. I get the same “That’s the type of guy I want my daughter to have sensation”. It makes me come off like I would make an excellent spouse / long term partner. Women look at me as if I was the young handsome doctor in TV shows and fairy tales. I don’t get any of that with A314. People put me on a pedestal like I’m higher than they are. I would always wear a spray of IS double strength with IG when I would wear IG frequently. It creates a happy, friendly, approachable vibe. The few times I wore IH people opened up to me about their personal lives. Try IG and IS, it was my staple for a month than I switched to A314 and IS. ---

HI Dmg91, I think it would be good to use IG especially at your age for work. After you test it a little while and see what you think of it, then I would definitely test at work. It is not so serious like A314 REV32 can be. So I would actually try this at work first and then A314 down the road. ---

Thank you everyone for your input. I’ve been wearing IG everyday since my original post on 4/19/16 and here is what I’ve noticed: For the first few days I noticed more of a “sparkle” in people’s eye when looking at me, but since then that seemed to have either vanished, or I’m just not as aware anymore. With further use, I’ve noticed outside of work people are always asking me for my opinion. Kinda like they expect me to have all the answers. Not only that, but they follow what I say. Not because they have to, but because they trust my input (i really like this about IG). Honestly, not to downplay the effects of IG, but I feel like people have always done this with me (asked for my input and trusted it), but since using IG I feel more confident in my answers to whatever questions people ask me (is this a trait of rone?). Idk if the mones are just effecting me on a subconscious level or I’m just tricking myself into believing this, but something has changed. Its not like some grand miracle type of change, but something very subtle. Either way, using IG has at least taught me to be more grounded and stable in my decisions and not so lofty as I tend to live inside my head most of the time - always contemplating the best option, best decision, best way of life, best answer, etc rather than just making a decision and choosing what I believe to be best. Even if that means being wrong. Cause most of the time it’s all a matter of opinion anyway. Like I said earlier, without the mones, people have always come to me for advice and guidance naturally, but they have always done what they wanted even after the “therapy” session and great advice haha. I was more of a venting object people feel comfortable expressing their deepest and inner truths to because I give off a natural aroma of stability, trustworthiness, and calm without judgement since I always try to see a story from every angle which also naturally gives me a vibe of understanding and acceptance. I believe this is because I’m the type of person that doesn’t technically “give advice.” I more so walk people through their situation and have them come up with the answer even if I already know what’s best. That way they are more inclined to follow through with their particular resolution since it came from their own mind, not a third party. Not only that, but this freed me from the responsibility of influencing someone to do something that could possibly negatively effect their life. Once again, I don’t want to sound like I’m downplaying the mones (cause I’m not), but since using them (IG), my opinion and idea of what mones do has changed. From reading other people’s posts and googling effects people have experienced, I originally believed that the mones do everything and kind of trick people. This originally stopped me from ordering because I don’t like the idea of manipulating people at least in a negative regard. Even with that thought, I went ahead and proceded to order with the idea that I would use the influence of the mones to influence people for good (to help better themselves). Not for negative manipulation. This is honestly why I wasn’t interested in ordering a314 (because of my perception of its supposed influence it has over people).Though, since experiencing mones, my opinion has changed about them: I no longer believe mones are a cure all for life situations and to get one over on someone, or to superficially change people’s outlook about who you are. Now, I definitely think they can be used this way, but that’s all a bit depressing if you ask me. It lacks genuinity and sincerity (two things very important to me). Anyways, the way mones (IG) has effected me is more on a subtle personal level that I can carry with me even when I’m not using them. Either by suggestion from reading forums, or by the actual mones, IG has given me a tool that i always knew I had inside of me, but IG was able to bring it out of me. That particular thing being: accepting that I’m a natural leader and to trust that I am. Not to run from it because I don’t want to be responsible for the life’s of others and the negative effects I could have on someone’s life because of my influence. IG has definitely played a major part in my current life transition from constantly contemplating, to knowing and trusting in myself and my decisions. I hope this post will positively influence someone thats thinking about ordering. Peace.
