# New to pheromones in Houston: which cologne is best and how do you use it?

Hello everyone,

I am new here. I am a male living in Houston, Texas. I came across the forum and though it would be informative and helpful with [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). I am excited to have found this forum and look forward to learning more about pheromones and how they work. I am not sure how true all of the things I am hearing are. Which is the best pheronome cologne in the market? How does it work, do you just put it as a cologne and do your usual routine? I would really love to learn more things!

There is no best pheros – it depends on what you want. The pheros are easy to use, just spray them on (careful, not too much) and go do your things. For a start, try some A314 (out of stock now) for work and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) for girls. IS works well to keep yourself and people around you happy. Given the refund policy, my advice is just try them for yourself and see if it works. There is absolutely nothing to lose. No regret for me since 2008.
