Hi Wikiwild, Welcome to the forums! Yeah, the folks here are very helpful. Getting your ex back can be tricky, depending on the nature of the original breakup. But, to play it safe until we have more information from you, I’d recommend to hold off using TUTH around her. This is raw sexual energy, and it can have a negative impact if you don’t have significant rapport with the person. A314 is a very good product because it will give you an aura of being a great catch, a guy who can be the The Man in her life. But, again, this also depends on how the both of you broke up. One product worthy of using is [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). I highly recommend this one. It will promote bonding, trust, and intimate conversations. However, you will need to be prepared for whatever comes up. You can use this solo or in conjunction with A314. If she is open to reconciling with you, then you can add P96 (10-20 mcg). It has a beautifying quality and will help build an emotional connection between the both of you. But, I’d recommend this only after you are certain that she is hasn’t moved on yet. A314/TUTH is a great mature/no-nonsense combo for a mature guy around mature women. Generally you would be using A314 as the primary and maybe going a little high on your daytime/workday dose and keep the TUTH lower than normal as steering rather than overpowering the A314, however your own testing will determine the best proportion/combo for your individual situation. IH and P96 are also superb secondary/steering pheros that will help round-out your mixes but I’d suggest getting to grips with the basics before combining too many products. Thank you…she lost her attraction to me but still has feelings for me. Tell me more about P96, would you use this in conjunction with any other formula? We are both in our 40’s. I will take your advice and use just the A314 initially, maybe add just a hint of TUTH later? What are your thoughts? ---

The A314 will hopefully remind her of what she’s been missing and the TUTH will help promote a sexual response nicely. P96 is a useful phero and I find it helps people deal with unexpected feelings of arousal/attraction much more effectively/positively - plus it has some bonding/connecting properties and I’ve been surprised at how unconsious signs of attraction can step-up when exposed to it. My sweet spot is around 25mcg and it can be used effectively with many products - incl A314, IH Ammos and TUTH. ---
