# new to pheromones - need help on deciding (Tuth, instant shine, ammo)

Greetings all,

I am a young 26 year old professional and new to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) but very interested and excited. I am thinking about testing out Turn up the heat, instant shine and ammunition to start.

The reason why i chose pheromones and those three to be specific is because i’m naturally flirty and am looking for someting that when i’m out somewhere socially (whether it is a crowded nightclub/bar) or somewhere in the middle of the day low key at a store , that when i approach a female they will feel more enticed by me and “demand” me more in a flirtatious and sexual way. If that makes any sense. I want to be able to go up to a female and have them instantly desire me and want to talk with me.

Any advice? Are these 3 the best for this and if so should they be used separately or together at once?

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and Shine work very well together. TUTH I would save for when you are close to “sealing the deal.” That way you are ramping up the sexual tension at the right time instead of waaaay to early.

Thanks, in your opinion what is the most effective phermone for you that has had the best results?
