Hello everyone, My name is James and Im new to all of this. I was hoping I could get some suggestions and tips on which [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) works the best out there. I took a look at the site but it seems there are a lot to choose from and there are a lot that are out of stock. Which would be best for a beginner like me? ---

I’d avoid mones in general in the gym, sweat and bacteria would convert most products to none and then to pure funky smelling trash. Hit the gym and get a good pump that elevates your body temperature. Shower warm to clean and then cold (this activates your bodies warming systems which should make the body temp elevation last longer) THEN apply your mones before you go out. With a higher skin temp you should experience better diffusion. A314 is THE respect getting product but it’s a cumulative effect so don’t expect results right away with people you already know. Use it regularly for a couple of weeks and measure the difference in peoples attitudes toward you. Ammo alone is attractive and MAYBE safe for class. But probably better if used in a small amount in combination with the A314. Given your use of the words abrasive and sarcastic I’d suggest maybe adding a spray of IO and possibly two sprays of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). Both are fun. likable and approachable. I think these MIGHT help your more asshole like qualities (no offense I can be the same way but call a spade a spade) to be taken as more cocky funny than arrogant and cruel. ---

Confidence and respect in a bottle is A314. However I would recommend you start off with [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) first. Either option you really can’t go wrong, but a lot of new users who are skeptics, start wondering if A314 is making an effect and experiencing change. As the name says, the effects on the Instant Line are, well, Instant. A314 is slower, meaning you’ll see changes in yourself and others around you in the time frame of weeks. Also if you’re in college, check out AMMO. It’s very good and its versatile. Instant Shine is also a favorite of mine. It just gives that aura of pleasantness without the perkiness. These should help soften the effects of your personality, after all you’re looking for a good balance ---

Hi there and welcome to PheroTalk. Sure glad you stopped by and properly introduced yourself. Normally I would ask for just a little bit more information to get you the GC, but since you waited so patiently and no one on staff asked for more info, I’m going to be issuing your GC in just a short while. If you do decide to wear something to the gym, you will be well served with Ishine and IO. Both are social products and while they can and will eventually turn to -none (a sexually aggressive molecule) for a couple hours you’ll be OK. For getting the ladies to turn their head, use yourself some [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). Just like Radman has said though, that’s already got -none in it so I would avoid the gym with it. Outside of the gym, say like in class all three of those are a great combo. You can use 3 sprays of IO and Ishine each and read the post about finding your sweet spot (links in my signature).
