Hello everyone I am a female in my mid 30’s (sounds so much better than 36 lol). I grew up in MA and curently live in NH. I am a single mother with a career that is extremely time consuming. I came across this site during a search on google and became became curious about [pheromones](https://a314.com/). Do they work ? How to use them and where to get them. What is the best to attract men? What I hope to gain to be honest is to put a little spark back into the relationship with an ex. There is already an attraction we have been on and off for years (over 20) he is the father of both my girls. We are best friends and care about each other but after a few months things always seem to fizzle out and few month later we are on again. The sexual attraction just seems to vanish from time to time with both of us. If pheromones do work them my thinking is during our “off” time this may be just what we need to get over this ongoing hurrdle. I have been told we should just walk away by both our families time and time again and we both tried that and married other people. That was a mistake for both of us and those relationships lasted a few years at best. ---

Do you really still care for each other enough to get back together. And you need to find out the mai reason as to why both of you left each other. Find the root of the problem instead of trimming off the weeds. Sexually, for mones, you might want to try out some TUTH for him and some IS/b for yourself. Mones can only do so much, in your case, it’s more of a matter of solving the issues rather than putting all the work towards mones. TBH, they aren’t the magic pill. You are. Cheers! ---

Hello and welcome!! Oasis gave yo great advices all around. you need to look into the IS/b and the TUTH. They are likely the best option outside of the MX’s, which I dont know enough about the female MX’s to give suggestions. Best of luck, they DO work, just need to be part you, part pheromones!! 🙂 ---

Hi there, I see Oasis and Mikeman have already given you good advice(^_^)Must be quite difficult to juggle being a single mother and your career.Pheremones do work but they are more a booster rather than magic(^_^)For putting a bit of spark into your relationship and to attract men,IS/b like the others said will be a good one for you as it will make you more sexy and attractive as well as confident in your own skin.I would also recommend some instant honesty as it will encourage bonding and help build a connection or enhance a connection thats already there(^_^)Some instant shine to put you both in a good mood and make him associate the good mood with you would also be a good addition(^_^)Like the others said,some tuth for him would also be good for the physical aspect of it(\>_\<)Hope everything works out for you and catch ya around the forums(^_^) ---

Welcome to pherotalk Cl! When you share children with someone you love, care or cared about and had a relationship with that bond will always be there. That bond however does not mean you guys should be together if things got in the way. Trust me if a guy wants a woman no matter how shy he is he will find a way to get to her and you guys share something very special the kids so I suggest you don’t push or expect anything to get your heart broken. Work on yourself , feeling good , the kids and maintaining that friendly relationship with him and if it has to happen where you guys get together it will happen. I suggest IH —\> for closeness and to make him feel he can trust and open up to you is/b to make you feel comfortable in your skin and to give of that soft, sweet vibe.
