Hi, i just registered and i currently have: TUH-normal strength Ammo-Double strength [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)- Normal strength I am gonna be 22 next month, based off of my age, what is the best way to use/utilize these sprays. any help is welcome. - DeathMetalDude ---

i meant to write Double strength Instant shine. my reasons for trying out phreos is because i am curious to see what they are all about. I am a good looking guy and havent had problems picking up girls or anything but i just wanted to test these things out and see if they can really work. ---

Hello Dude and welcome to the forum. What are you trying to do with the pheros … or does the TUTH tell the whole story … lol? First off, you will need to be careful with the double strength [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). Ammo is designed to be worn anywhere, double Ammo is designed to be worn by old guys like me. You on the other hand will need to be careful - start with a half spray if you can work that. The other thing to be cautious with is the TUTH. TUTH gives off a very raw sexual message. It is strong enough that you can often turn away as many women as you attract if you are not careful. so I usually recommend wearing something like IO to buffer it. The sexual message of the TUTH still comes through but the IO makes it seem friendlier. The easiest thing to see results with should be the IO. With just a little effort on your part Io can turn the world around you into a gabfest. It does that so much so with me I seldom use it as all the talking drives me crazy sometimes. If i were to purchase just a togo bottle of Ammo, normal strength how should i use it? also thanks for responding, i was really eager for somebody to respond to my thread! 🙂 ---

My goal with [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) are just to simply experiment and see how pheromones can enhance my life. I am (not to toot my own horn,cus im not one to do that) already a good looking guy to start with so im not sure if i even “need” them. But i just want to experiment and see what happens with them, but i will need guidance on usage and what not. I reviewed alot of products and companies and Androtics was the one with the best reviews and stuff also having this forum helps to tell one that these pheros do in fact work and serve some sort of positive purpose. ---

To use Ammo - start with one spray. I usually put Ammo on my neck - you want an area with warmth as that helps with difusing the pheros. Then - go about your day normally. all too often people sit back and do nothing trying to observe any reactions. And that causes a problem as they sit back and do nothing. these products help with interactions - so have your normal interactions. Or even push the envelope a little. These products will be there helping in the background. You might want to add another spray after lunch. Be careful about adding too much too soon. None sticks around longer than most other pheromones. Too much none and you could head into an OD. ---
