Hi there, See your already in very good hands so just going to say hi(^_^)Thats cool that you decided to join the forums.People here are very friendly and helpful and it completes the experience of using them.Thats awesome that you already ordered ammo and instant shine.They work really well in combination.You should definitely check out the intro to mones link that oasis posted as it has good information on where to apply them and how to find your sweet spot for dosage since everyone has different body compositions and will have to find the dosage to fit them.You should definitely write a bit more about your personality,social skills and who you want to use them on like pagodeiro said so you can get even more pheremones to try out(^_^)Then can maybe get some instant openness or instant honesty to throw into the mix(:-p)All the best and hope testing goes well for you.Im sure you will have fun and looking forward to hearing more from you(:-p) ---

Hi there GMC. Welcome on board. It´s great you have purchased just a couple of products, as you can test them extensivelly. It´s very tempting to get lots of them and strat making crazy mixes, but testing one product at a time is the best way to go IMHO if you want to really get what each product does, at what dosages, and how they interact with each other. If I were you, I would start wearing IS to the office, starting with just one spray, maybe for a couple of days, and see what happensa. Then, after two or three days, you can add one more spray, and see what happensa. You can keep adding sprays till judgment day, as you can´t OD on IS, as far as i Know. Take some phero free days in between, just to see the differences. Then, after work, you can start playing with AMMO. Start with one spray aswell and see what happens. After a couple of days, you can add a second spray, and follow the same process. You have to be more carefull with AMMO,as it contains androstenone, and it´s easier to overdose. AMMO is a well rounded product, intended to be worn by itself. I´ve worn a couple of sprays to the office without any problems, but you have to keep in mind that your body chemistry and none output may be different than mine. Once you have a good understanding of what each product does, you can start mixing them, to see what sinergies are created, whatçs added and what is missing. Thanks for all the kind welcomes and advice everyone. Why Ammo and IS? I actually decided to order those after reading someone who planned on using in a similar situation. Numerous members recommended these products so I figured I’d start there. In what situations do you want to use them? I’ll be starting my senior year of college in a few weeks. I’ve never really had a problem talking to women…I’m just extremely hesitant and shy. I prefer they initiate the conversation, so I figured those products may help out. Being a senior, I also have to partake in an internship. I also read that these products may help and produce positive results in the workplace. Another superb reason to try them out. Myself If I had to describe myself…(just a few) -Laid back yet serious when I need to be -Hard working/Responsible -Funny…tend to make everyone laugh quite often -Extremely easy to get along with -Unpredictable -Great listener -Action junkie ---

Gotta add some more info for the gift card… How I found the site I actually saw a commercial for a [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) (pherlure I think it was), and I decided to hop online and do some research. I received my items via fed ex this morning. Opened the package to find AMMO, IS, and a free to go bottle of IO. Was rather excited to see the IO, as I was thinking about ordering some 🙂 I am currently debating whether or not I should begin using them right away, or wait until the semester starts up. I feel if I wait until classes start, I would be able to keep better track of the effects of these items on others and myself, as the classroom environment is pretty much consistent from day to day. Consistency and less external factors should help in the process of finding my sweet spots quicker. ---
