Hey everyone, I’m new to these forums. 24 year old male, living in Arkansas, USA. I’ve been interested in [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) for a while now, but just recently found this site. I have come here specifically because I recently separated from my girlfriend of a little over 2 years and after some soul searching I have decided I would like to make some improvements to our relationship to try to win her back. I know I’m probably not going to spray anything on and fix the situation in a day, but I was wondering what might give her and I a nudge in the right direction. Thanks! ---

Welcome to the forum JSG! Tell us a bit more about your personality so we can give better advice on what products might be intersting for your particular case. How do you expect the mones to help you win your ex back? What’s your game plan? Where did your relationship go wrong? Not enough talking/bonding or not enough action in the bedroom? Where do you mainly plan to use the mones? ---

Like Himeros has asked, pheromones can actually take this in many directions. You can try stuff like IH although you may not end up liking the honest communication that it will bring out, or if like he said there is not enough action in the bedroom the pheromone tuth will heat things up. You have to give us just a little more info for us to help you ---

I’m a pretty outgoing person, some confidence issues, but working on that, going to the gym, losing weight…etc. I was just interested in using them to enhance any encounters I have with her, maybe to reestablish some of our physical and emotional spark. We are both civil toward each other and still hang out frequently so there would be many opportunities to employ them. Have fun and be comfortable around each other and perhaps the pheromones can help push us in the right direction The relationship suffered a little from column A a little from column B. The last few months of our relationship I was suffering from depression and our sex life suffered, as well as her feeling like I wasn’t as invested emotionally as she was. Like I said, there are lots of opportunities I would have to use them as we hang out frequently. ---

How old is your girl? For having fun and being comfortable around eachother I would advice using [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). It gives you a healthy glow, and makes people around you feel good and smile a lot. It’s easy to use in many situations and was also one of the first mones I tried. Ammo is also a good one if you want to project a sexy (not _sexual_) image. I would’t immediately go for TUTH in your particular case. Ammo is more balanced and safer to use allround. Also, combined with Instant Shine you have a classic combo. I would say start with this combo. Wear it for a while consistently around her, so she can see you are over your passed issues, and are working on yourself again. If you’re ready to connect emotionally again IH could be of good use. ---

She is 23, about to be 24. She is irish/italian heritage can be passionate and aggressive. She does MMA training and we work out and the same gym. Thanks for the advice! I will definitely give IS and Ammo a try if and when I get my $25 gift certificate. I would love to test them out and will definitely be buying more if they help at all. Just out of curiosity. I’m assuming the pheromones don’t take effect instantly, probably takes a few exposures to make an impact correct and once and impression is made will it last even after the pheromones have worn off. Basically, will it help to rewire her feelings toward me, or will it only work while I have it on. ---

Yes multiple exposures are always better with mones. Especially when you wear them around people you already know for a while - you might have to work a bit longer and back your mone signature up with congruent behaviour in order to make the changed impression last. I personally believe rewiring someone’s feelings IS possible. However pheromones ALONE will not do this for you… You have to behave in an attractive way as well. Welcome Justsomeguy, This is a super informal and not so tailored response if you will. I would luuuuuuuv to spend more time assisting you especially since you are a newbie. We are short staffed and these gift certificates are done manually. It takes a great deal and I am back logged.
