Hi everyone!! my name is Ben and I am 21 years old, I am a male, and I live in the beautiful state of Colorado… Well i have been doing a lot of research on [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) lately, and i have been really trying to figure out if this stuff is for real and if it will help me. See i just got out of a real bad relationship and i need help moving on. I am going to college in a new state and I am hoping to meet new people and meet new friends. Now i wouldn’t say I am very shy, but i do have problems sometimes breaking the ice and meeting people. I want to use pheromones to help improve my social life, i know its not going to get me “instantly laid” or anything but it would be nice to have something help me boost more confidence sort of speak. I just don’t know which type of pheromones to try. I mean there are so many and so much different rules to them. I hope I’m not over my head with this stuff… But what I’ been reading on this site they really do work. So i am looking forward to being apart of this community. Well, I see you need A314 (and maybe a bit of IShine for self effects). The first one will give you more confidence, while the other will keep you in a good mood 🙂 . In fact as I see you are 21 you may use IO/IH instead of A314 (more social than sexual). I think that it’s always better to start only with socials, learn the effects, learn to detect IOI s and then move forward to -none products 🙂 . ---

Instant Shine not only has a great confidence building self effect but gives off a very charismatic and magnetic aura. Ammo is a very safe well rounded attractant as well. It contains None which implies physical dominance and sexuality, Rone which implies maturity, status, and social dominance, and alpha nol which implies sociability and approachability. IE: a strong, sexy, masculine, alpha male, that’s very likable and easy to talk to. IF even with those two products you find it hard to open set and start a conversation with people then consider adding a single spray of [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to the mix. A314 is an awesome product but can be either intimidating or useless if you don’t know how to wear it. It’s a very strong Alpha Male signature that can intimidate people if you’re not careful. And if you don’t act the part and are too shy it can be useless and people will dismiss the vibe as them just getting a wrong first impression of you. Ammo+Shine should be much easier to be congruent with since whatever statement most accurately fits you…sexual, fun, or dominant, will be the dominant vibe people get from you, but with the other two aspects enhanced for balance. ---

HI Ben, Welcome to the forum. You need IO, Shine and IG. IO is the ice breaker. People will open up and they will want to talk to you more. Shine is to boost your confident socially. It also lighten the mood of the people around you. There are many good results using IG in college. It can make people feel you are capable and trusted. Good luck ---

wow!! i cant believe this place!!! its so awesome. I just posted this thread like maybe an hour ago an already I’m getting awesome replies, an advice. How much do you think all this is going to cost me? I am sure its going to be worth it though so whatever it costs shouldn’t matter right 🙂 but one more question I have is some of the other pheromones i have looked at are called Chikara, and Sent of Eros but i can’t seem to find any information about them on this site, so I’m wondering if I am just not looking good enough, or if these types of pheromones aren’t even worth buying? Not to say not worth buying so much as they’re made by another company. I only buy AD’s stuff but I hear both good and bad reviews about the other products. ---

Oh and like James Bonded said, [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) is a great product for younger guys. it’s out of stock at the moment but I’m sure it’ll be restocked soon, they just restocked Ammo like 20 minutes ago. The prices will vary depending on what you order. Use the search feature believe me that is your friend Chikara and Scent of Eros info is on here I just looked it up. IS works really well, but let me tell you I just started wearing IS almost a week ago and I’m just now starting to see very subtle results like people staring me more than usual, co workers just randomly sitting next to me talking to me about stuff, one of my managers will normally give me an “uh why are you staring at me look” if I look at her (a friend of mine told me she has low self esteem and will lash out at people to try and cover it, and he’s right she can be a downright bitch, but she’s cute with a pretty smile and has big tits) but now whenever I wear IS and establish eye contact with her she’ll smile and ask what do I want like she’s annoyed but she’s actually joking and will stare at me smiling. It will take a while before you start seeing serious results don’t get mones and think one spray will have everyone running up to you it’ll take a while start off slow and then go from there you won’t be disappointed ---

i don’t know how much more in depth i can go but here it is I will lay it all on the line right now because i want to make sure i get the 25 dollar gift certificate… so sorry if this is too much in depth but i gotta make sure i do enough to get this gift certificate. So here it goes… Ok so I am 5’2 tall and i weigh about 160 pounds, people say I have a very good personality and sometimes they have even said I am to nice and let people push me around. Well i don’t want to be that way anymore. I am not trying to change myself I’m just trying to make myself better. I don’t want to be a push over anymore but i do want to have my same personality. I’m starting to think thats not possible though. I have had plenty of girlfriends in the past and before this most recent bad relationship it was about 2 years since i had a gf. I am not looking for sex in a girl you know just getting this stuff to try to get laid is not what I’m trying to do. I want a relationship and it seems i am ready to try and have a committed relationship. The thing is though like i said in my first post is my confidence is almost gone because I have had girls cheat on me and break up with me, but I know if I get back to the I was I will have tons of confidence. So… A314 or AMMO + IS (maybe IO too) will be best in your case. As RADMAN said A314 is not for everybody and could give you some bad (or no) results. It will give the people around you the impression of you being _The Alpha Male_ but you need to make it work for you (imagine: they are thinking “this is some special guy” and you are just sitting there and not talking, blushing etc. They will assume their impression is wrong.). Actually the real self effects + placebo self effects will help you on this but you still need to act confident. In fact when you see how it affects the others you’ll quickly become more confident 🙂 . ---

Exactly, the way I describe it is that moreso than with any other product, when it comes to A314 you gotta WEAR that shit. It’s like whatever clothes you just happen to thrown on, on a typical day…you aren’t “wearing”. Those are just the clothes you have on. Now you get some old italian guy who’s family have been tailors for the past 5 generations who makes you a suit made of the finest materials and custom fitted to you. THAT shit you “wear”. You stand, walk and sit differently. You even change the look on your face and the tone of your voice. Because picking your nose with your right hand and pulling your shorts out of your butt with the left kills the effect of the suit. That’s A314 and it might be too much work than some people think it’s worth, or you just might not know how to work it yet. I’d actually suggest that you start off with other products and learn how to spot the different kind of hits. Then when you’re confident in the products and and a little more confident in yourself you might try A314 just to see if you like it. ---
