Hi everyone! Just a bit about me: I am 38; average 5" 9’ height, white/Hispanic/mixed mutt, and a bit overweight… not huge or anything; just got that belly fat and out of shape. I am a bit shy and a bit of an introvert & have trouble talking to women; especially if they are cute or hot… Can never think of what to say; get all nervous and all that crap… I am single and live in the Bay Area, Cali. I have a lot of friends, just not much luck with the ladies… it’s always the “I like you as a friend” bit. I do computer support at a big fashion apparel company out here; tons of hot women work there; actually there are more women than men that work there; which I, of course, love. 😛 Anyhow, I kind of stumbled across this site while just messing around on the internet; not looking for really anything in particular… I had first read about [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) several years ago; always read about how they were a scam; all that jazz… that was until I stumbled in here. I read quite a few posts and some of the stuff in the advice forum. I could tell that this forum site was not a scam and that people were really happy with the products. I was kind of amazed really; real people with real results; there is just too much on these forums and could tell by the posts that they were real; not made up just for selling these products. So I decided to order a couple of items; I finally settled on getting Heavy Ammo and Instant Gentleman. I really liked that I could get this the next day at no additional shipping charge since the order was over $100. I was pleasantly surprised too that my order included a free gift of Instant Honesty (to go) plus a little personal hand-written note on the order. I read the advice forums a bit again; trying to figure out how much I should spray on. I finally decided to just go for it and sprayed on two sprays of Ammo; one to each wrist which I then used to spread behind my ears and down my neck in a downward motion toward my chest. Then I did the same with IG; one spray on each wrist and then spread it behind my ears and on my neck… On my way to work; I started sweating profusely; the sweat was so bad it was dripping off my nose a bit. LOL! After about 30 minutes this all passed and I was fine after that. On the way to work everyone treated me normal; no strange looks or anything; no one really paid attention to me as usual… at work when I first got there the guys I work with kept rubbing their noses and making “sniffing” noises; one of them even sneezed, but no one said anything to me like if I was wearing some kind of cologne or anything… the guys at work treated me normal; nothing seemed any different… then I went with one of my buds to get some coffee in the cafe we have at work; there was a rather attractive brunette waiting off to the side for her order; I ordered my coffee and then my bud and I sat down to wait for the coffee barista to make my latte. While I was sitting there; my buddy says to me “dude that chick was staring at you”; I had not really noticed, I had looked at her when first getting my coffee, but was not trying to stare at her or anything… I was like “staring at me; what do you mean”, “really?”. He said that he was not sure why or what it meant; I was like “do I have something on my shirt? Look or smell weird?”; he was like “you look as normal as always” “she was just staring with a kind of puzzled look on her face the whole time”. I looked up to look at her, but she was already headed out. Then later in the day I had to go work on a printer next to some young, nice hotties; a hottie Asian walks up to the printer like she is checking for a print job even though there was nothing printing. She was smiling a lot and was asking me about the printer, like she was curious about what was wrong with it… this is one chick that I of course had noticed many times before in the past, but she had never really ever acknowledged me before or even really smiled at me… Then this white, cutie comes up and starts checking the recycle tray, but I notice she was not even really even looking seriously at the papers… she was smiling and kind of gave me a quick glance; I was like “WTF is going on here…” LOL! Then I went over to the woman that had called about the printer not working; another cutie Asian lady; she had a huge grin and was leaning in towards me; pretty close while I was talking to her about the printer… it was all business, nothing really social, but I had never really gotten these kind of smiles or reactions before from these same women… Walking away from that; I was like “holy crap, this stuff really does work”. However after that nothing else seemed out of the ordinary for the rest of the work day until I was on my way home on Bart (commuter train). Bart was packed as usual, I luckily had been able to get a seat, was sitting next to some old dude sleeping; so was sitting on the aisle seat. These three cute Asian women get on and I notice the three of them are all smiling and staring at me as they walk by me; they stop in the middle where I am and are all standing right next to me while I am sitting there; there was room for them to move down, but they preferred to stand close to me. Smiling and giving quick glances at me. I tried to offer one of them, the closest to me, my seat, but she declined… I didn’t really have time to talk to them as my stop came up pretty quick; also being so shy and never knowing what to say as even an ice-breaker…I kept quiet; just said “hi” to the closest one as I made my departure… So the next day I decided to bring it up a notch; I put on three sprays of each one, IG and AMMO, even rubbed some of it in my hair. However other than the guys at work rubbing their noses again and sniffing a lot, I didn’t get any responses really out of the ordinary also was not really sweating as much on the way to work like I was the previous day. On the third day I decided to just wear two sprays of Ammo, one on each wrist; which I spread behind my ears and spread down toward my chest from my neck… no sweating on this day and no one was sniffing or rubbing their noses; everyone I noticed acted normal; everything was normal; nothing out of the ordinary… So then today, Saturday (non-work day), I decided to kind of go crazy… I put on three sprays of Ammo and four of IG… All the women either completely ignored me or walked the other direction… no one really payed me any mind or they tried to avoid me… lol! I know I had the OD effect I had been reading about on here… going on. I had over done it. 🙄 Sunday I am going to not wear any of the mones… It’s a non work day anyhow; just rest and do laundry.. lol! I am trying to figure out what a good range is for Monday and next week while at work. So I have some questions… what about in the winter time when I have to wear long sleeves and jackets and can’t wear short sleeves to work since it will be too cold; will this cover up the mones? What about sweating; like if I was to work out at lunch time; will the sweat cause these mones to stink and/or will they end up being sweated out and be all gone? Of course when I take a shower after working out then they will be washed off… 😮 Also how long do they last? Like if I put it on in the morning; does it last all day til I get home (typical 8-5 work day)…how often do I have to reapply the sprays during the day; I don’t want to OD… I am going to be ordering some Instant Shine soon since I have been reading on here so many good things about it. Also any advice you all can give me about mixing and what works best or what to avoid, etc… I would greatly appreciate it. I have not tried the Instant Honesty yet; not sure that I want people opening up to me and being honest with me… lol! Hi and welcome to the forum! I’m glad to hear that you’ve already had some initial results. I havent used heavy ammo, but it might be a good idea to try just 1 spray, since its already the more concentrated version, and more pheromones is not always better. Steve has an excellent forum on finding the right amount to use, found [here](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/how-to-find-your-sweet-spot/22146) . As you mentioned your difficulties with an “ice-breaker” line, I think we have your answer here too! [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) is considered just that…an ice breaker. Its excellent for helping with small talk. Also, since you already have some Instant Honesty, you might think about giving it a go! Its not solely intended to have everyone pour out their secrets and/or problems on you; its also pretty good with intimacy and trust. Im not sure if sweating reduces the duration of your effects, but the bacteria on your skin from it can actually convert some types of pheromones into others. For example, A-1 breaks down to Androstenol, and then to Androstenone. Thats why sweating is something to try and avoid with the products. Sometimes its something you cant help, but it will alter your results in unforeseen ways, since you might not know which pheromone you ended up with! 😃 Time limit-most last around the 5 or 6 hour mark, give or take depending on the product. You definitely dont want to reapply during that window, unless you have good reason to believe you didnt apply enough to get effects. Still, for purposes of consistency, I personally would wait. After that though, its generally safe to reapply. I hope you can find what works best for you, and I will help you as much as I can. Hello Everyone Peace and Love Everybody I am new to this sight A Newbie just wanting to say Hi I am a gay women age 49 and i came across phermones last yr. I dont know much about women’s [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/), and I know even less about lesbian directed mixes, but I’m sure there are some other people who can help you here. We are a very open and friendly forum. And though pheromones may seem new, theyve actually been around for a few decades…since the early 80s if I’m not mistaken. However, research has advance significantly over the last few years, so in a sense you are right. As far as health, nobody has seen any real negative side effects. One user gets his own blood work done and has since before he started using pheromones, and all of his readings remained the same. Also, since the pheromones are sprayed on and not ingested, it is assumed that they dont effect your own natural pheromone production. Long story short, the current belief is that they are completely safe. If anything, they MAY have some long term effects, but nobody knows for sure because I dont believe anyone has experienced anything like that yet. Welcome to Pherotalk! 🙂 ---

The sweating is a concern; I am starting to work out more during lunch time… Hmmm, maybe won’t apply the mones til after the workout and skip the morning mones… Sunday I didn’t wear any of the mones; I am going to just put on a couple of sprays of IG and IH for work and see how it goes… Thanks! Welcome to Pherotalk Enuf! I liked your report although I don’t really have much to say on it right now. In terms of the sweating, on my island we usually do some weird things to get your sweat glands to be normal we call old folk recipes. For instance, burn a piece of bread until it is really black and put that burn bread in some water. When the water turns black drink it and do this for about a week. I know pretty gross but it works actually. I think that now you are on the path to progress things will get good for you but just stay focused and disciplined. Excercise, eating healthy and having a good healthy pass time is a great thing to work on right now. What do I mean by healthy pass time. I consider watching porn to be an unhealthy pass time so anything other than that. 😛 Your gc was issued. 🙂 ---
