Hey everyone, my names Ben, and I have just recently heard of Phermones through a friend, and decided to give it a check! After reading up on them, I’ve decided to give them a try, and I came across this site. I am now wondering about which type I should get. I am ussually a bit more shy, but once I’ve started talking I can become really friendly! I live in the city and get lots of chances to be around woman, but can’t always get myself to talk to them, and so I really need that extra boost to help. Any recommandations? ---

Hi there and welcome to the forum. Pheros can make a big difference in your interactions with others, but it’s important to remember that they are only a tool. You’ll still have to run with the ball, so to speak. Don’t expect them to be a magic potion, and you’ll do fine. Pheros will enhance your interactions with others, not control them. Good advice here mate, Some people get self-effects from the pheromones, some don’t. They’re primarily designed to affect others, not you, so take this advice with that in mind. I get a bit of a confidence boost from A314. [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) is similar but not really as good in that respect in my opinion. The effects on women will be to make you seem like a solid, sexy, masculine guy. Putting these along jawline or upper lip will maximise any self-effects. A little TUTH under my nose turns me a bit aggressive I find. I can’t post a direct link because of forum rules, but if you google “jeans\*joe” plus “eye contact” you will find a really good free guide on eye contact. You can get good initial attraction from a woman with good eye contact and that will make it easier for you to approach. ---

Welcome Ben! AMMO is the best all-around pheromone because it contains equal amounts of the basic pheromone ingredients: -nol, -rone, and -none. Nol helps bring out the playful side of things. Rone helps give off a cooler, more mature vibe. None adds sexiness. It is out of stock right now, but should be back soon. Other than AMMO, A314 is also amazing. IO is great, but note that if you already have a little bit of anxiety (which I do) it may enhance it in a way. I like spraying 3-4 IO with some IH and it mellows it out a bit. Another option is cttm2 which has elements of both io and ih. good luck! ---
