Hello everybody.

Im happy from London, UK, 25. Dont really now what to say, this is my first time every doing something like this.

A friend recommended looking into pheromnes, as iv never been good with the ladies. Iv been told i lack confidence, just cant seem to make the first move and keep a convesation going.

Have no idea about what pheromnes to use, do they work? where to get them from, all help appreciated.

What sort of thing are you after to do with them?  
Some generally liked things are [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and Ammo.  
They absolutely do work just go to [www.smartmones.com](http://www.smartmones.com) and you can find many different things.

There is lots of reading material here, it’s all a bit overwhelming, but if I could give any advice, I’d tell you to take the time to understand what each product does before buying. It’s the only way to find out what works best for you. Have a good one.
