I will use my middle name Wayne and i’m from Canada i’m 5 feet 10 inch male white blond hair fair complexion. i go to church that’s mostly African and work at a call center. i heard about this company from a different forum. i have tried other companies pheromones seen no results period. now according to any forums this one or other ones pheromones are only a tool which i 100% understand.but i called nice women from ad today basically asking can i at least expect small results from products they have for example more smiles maybe a little bit flirt basically just a product that won’t do miracles even thought miracles would be nice. but should do some results just to show me i wasn’t scammed she said yes small results should be very possible. so the product i was told to try because i’m new to trying this company and because i go to church is ammo.i have asked other companies why pheromones they sell didn’t work period answer back was people are hiding interest they have in me. but i’m not into [buying pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) just to take the company word for it.once i learn to use this tool correctly i should see longer smiles ect i keep you guys posted about month from now or sooner thank you for having me on this forum. ---

OK. You have the right idea - Pheros are not the whole story but IME they do help you to help yourself - So any efforts to engage and communicate, flirt or be otherwise social with people will be helped by them. For church, you may want to consider a straight social - something like [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or IO - the reason is that most people are on their very best behaviour at work, church or polite/formal socials and will screen-out/resist a sexual signal and not be so keen to flirt or be comfortable in responding to one in any way. However, a social will not carry so much of a determinedly sexual edge, so should be far more likley to elicit a direct response. Then you can flirt more effectively and save the sexual products for when you get away and let your hair/inhibitions down. If you don’t want to go the whole social route, the more chilled, laid back/relaxed and better moderated vibe of Summer Ammo may suit you better - it has two extra molecules over standard Ammo. ---

Hi thanks for the advise you sound like to know what your talking about but i have a question looking for a product that will influence a women that’s hiding her feeling for me to have a harder time to hide those feeling at church do you still stick to the same recommendation. ---

In that case, look at IH - and particularly the IH/IS combo. Which is something that can get feelings out in the open very effectively. And if you can get her in a more relaxed environment, a little TUTH could be very useful - I’ve had some surprising “revelations” with that combo but don’t wear TUTH to church! If she is co-aged with you, A314 is another serious contender - Its not an attractant on its own but it does convey solid attractive qualities and again, moderated with IH/IS steer it in a good/trusting way, it can also encourage women to mark you as a catch. But for starters, IH/IS and a lighter social attractant like [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) might be the best way to get to grips with phero basics in the most straightforward way. ---

I notice you suggest summer ammo and not the regular ammo.i asked ad company what’s the difference they said the scent is lighter smells great but i also then asked them does it still work the same as regular ammo said yes.you make summer ammo sound not as sexual as regular ammo please forgive this rookie also yes Is sounds like a great product i ordered summer ammo yesterday. ---

As well as a far better scent (IMO), [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) has two extra molecules that steer it in a more relaxed, feelgood and comforting direction. Its not that it is less sexual, the primary phero doses and proportions are the same across all the versions. Its more that Sumer has a better moderated/more comforting and less urgent, sociable sexuality. Which suits it very well to “difficult” environments like church, work or polite socials where people are apt to be uncomfortable and uncommunicative in the face of a more overt sexual. That would come into play later, after you get away from the eyes of the congregation. Also the extra moderation makes Summer very easy to get to grips with and good to steer in more sexual directions with other products like TUTH. ---

I’m sure it doesn’t show. ---

That depends a lot on your subjects - some women go on a lot more none than others and this will also be influenced by factors that include the nature of the current situation, their race and their feelings at the time. Both have good wide dose ranges and in your mid 30s, 2-3 sprays would probably be a reasonable place to start. At my age, four sprays (or 2 2x) is about my most common dose but up to six or eight sprays is not unknown. You need to do some testing around people to see what works and by mid 30s, around similar age women, dose will probably be a bit higher than many guys here - because many are in their 20s, around similar age women. ---

Welcome Patches, This is a super informal and not so tailored response if you will. I would luuuuuuuv to spend more time assisting you especially since you are a newbie.
