Hi All, I’m from upstate New York. My name is Dave and I’m male. I’m 33 years old. I’m quite good looking and have an athletic appearance, both of which don’t seem to help me in the female department. I’ve seen friends that are not so good looking attract and get women that I’ve been unable to attract. Thanks for your response! I’m usually outgoing when I’m with people I know - friends, colleagues, etc. However, if there is a girl present I’m interested in, I get self conscious and become shy. I generally like to be around people but most girls just think of me as a “great guy” who is nice to have as a friend. I’ve been trying hard to work on my confidence but I can’t really say I’m confident, at least not as much as some of my friends whom I’ve observed. I think my major issue is self-confidence. When I see a girl I like in a bar, restaurant, starbucks, library … anywhere, I get shy. I might make eye contact a couple of times, but never get the nerve to approach her and actually start a conversation. If eventually I do, I get tongue-tied and don’t know what to say, then I end up looking like a jerk. Okay, yep its enough. I suggest you get Ammo, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), and Instant Shine for now. Ammo will be used for sexual attraction, help you gain respect and confidence as well. The Instant Openness will, just as the title points, make people open up to you. Once you have initiated conversation, it will really help in opening them up, more like an ice-breaker. The Instant Shine will be great as it is the awe factor. If I were you, I’d seriously consider Ammo and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Shine as a first purchase; whether it’s bars, clubs or bookstores these products are great for those venues. Ammo signals a variety of information to the smeller; the man is dominant male with sex appeal and who is very interesting. There’s an air confidence in him which demands noticing. Hi Dave! NY is sooooo awesome! I was there under the ball for 2010 and had a ball 🙂 My impression on NY guys is that in general they are very aggressive. The men that did approach me were very sure of themselves. I like it and had a date like everynight! Some were kinda like, “I like your southern voice, smile, and body…want to get busy?” It was entertaining…( no I didn’t …in case your wondering) When you are attracted to a women and you don’t know what to say it is ok to comment on our appreance respectfully. Comment on Hair color (Beauty or smell), Facial features (Your Eyes are beautiful), and shoes (color or style). **Do not comment on clothes.** why? #1 It makes you seem like a pervert. “Nice Shirt”= _I like your chest_ Cool Jeans=_I like your butt_ or _can i get in your jeans?_ Normal women are put off by that. Keep the conversation short on the first meeting. No more then 3 to 5 facts discussed on the first meeting. He next day…text good morning or goodnight but not both! Pick one and stick with it until your meet up. I perfer morning. That makes me feel like I was the first thing on his mind when he wakes up…women _LOVE_ knowing that they are on your mind. We are in a recession and nobody wants to feel held hostage by a chicken dinner plate…so for your first meeting take her to a coffee shop. That way if it doesnt workout then you can go on your merry way. If you really really like each other plan for a movie or appetizers at a nice place after coffee… **Don’t tell her about the other plans until you have accessed whether or not she is a keeper.** Don’t waste her time or your money. As a side note, some pheromones can have a minor self effect, meaning if applied in a location close to your nose they can effect you as much as others, at least for a while until you become immune. But consider this, a little instant openness and instant shine sprayed to your chest as a confidence and mood lifter, as well as helping you feel a little more talkative, Then even though those effects can and will wear off (as a result of the mones) you can still feel that way as a result of seeing the success and building on that. IE the mones wont make you feel confident anymore, the effect you see of what happens when you step up confidently and take action in your life will. Then you get this really awesome snowball effect ---

Thanks a lot for your responses! It seems the majority seems to go with Ammo, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Shine. Do you guys recommend combining any of these products or do they work best when sprayed alone? Also, if I were to start with just one of the three, which would you recommend? I’m thinking Instant Openness but I’d like to get your opinions. (Even though I’m willing to spend what it takes, I’m a grad student with limited dollar$) ShellyB, thanks for the tips! ---

Ammo is best all round and works well as a standalone, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) imo works ok as a standalone but is an awesome enhancer for whatever other products you may use. IO in my opinion is a great enhancer but other than just making everyone happy and chatty I don’t see it as a very good standalone, course that’s just my opinion. ---

I think you should try ammo. It’s the best stand alone product out of the three. It will really enhance your attraction appeal. Though [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) sounds ideal if you were going with one product, you will have to approach them so you can get it rolling easily. Think about it this way Dave, if you get shy, there’s almost no chance around that girl, unless she is attracted to you. I read a sentence that Radman posted in one of his posts and it says that if women are attracted to you, you must act upon it, if you don’t, they may even not “carry on” being interested in you. Ammo will give you the boost 🙂 Especially sexual attraction appeal. And confidence upgrade which hopefully will help your shyness 😛 P.S. Honestly, read this post, I’ve read and was wonderful.
