Hello all! Brand new member who has been lurking and researching for weeks! 🙂 Still a bit of a skeptic, but based on the feedback i am greater than 50% there! Gonna place my first order soon. I’m thinking A314 and Instant shine as I am a manager in the banking business involved in sales and building relationships. I also thought about trying instant openness and instant honesty. But im thinking for my first test A314 + [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is my best overall option. Thoughts? ---

You are absolutely right. [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/)… next time… try to get instant openness this time… it’ll help people be frieendlier with you, a314 will make “low value people” – those that consider themselves to be of low value, intimadated by you. ---

Hi Falco, Welcome to the forum! There’s nothing wrong with being a bit of a sceptic, I think most of us were to begin with. Could you tell us a bit about your personality and how you relate to others? Also what are you hoping to achieve with the phero’s (other than the A314 helping you with respect at work)? A314 is the forum favourite for work…It’s brilliant for that alpha male vibe that gets you respect at work. Don’t overdo the dose though as that can create a bit of an intimidation avoidance effect. IH and IO are both great socials to boost conversation with. IH is best for situations when you want to boost the quality of conversation as it gives a deeper and more intimate feel to things. IO increases the quantity of chatting both in yourself and those around you, and it also makes everyone more relaxed so it’s great as an ice breaker. ---

Xiphoid, Meant to add more but hit post too quick! I’m late 30’s and tend to be a dominant male. Not that i care, but many times people are put of by my dominance and cockyness. I am not shy at all! Best way to describe me is my better half often says “Honey, not everything is a race”. To which i usually respond with a chuckle. To me, go big or go home! My goal is frankly to be more appealing to all and viewed as someone people need to know. Also want to ensure my higher ups see me as more important. So based on this is A314 + [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) the best 1st step? ---

[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) will help to soften that dominant, intimidating effect. It brightens up any situation, and makes people feel good being around you. A good counterpart to A314, especially if you’re concerned about it being a bit over the top. Good choices. ---

Thanks! Any other advice! Seems like A314 and IS it the agreed upon one for making me more “manly/dominant” while at the same time softening my Alpha Male put off. ---

Welcome to the forums… you might want to experiment with [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) for sales, it tends to deepen a conversation and help you get to the real issues… it’s not a truth serum, but I think it may be helpful in sales, help you find out what the customer’s objections are so you can answer them. ---
