Hi I am a shy and 41 years and divorced since 2006. I live in Wisconsin and don’t know if that affects the pheromone effects. I have studied chemistry and am a strong believer that authentic pheromones work. I think some people are able to produce more naturally perhaps and they fluctuate at different time of the month. Especially in the females like myself. My difficulty has been finding or more importantly knowing if I am using genuine [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) or just fake stuff. For the past couple years I have used Pherlure. I think the smell is a masculine scent. I don’t have men dropping at my feet but when I go out on a date through a dating site I do get a second date or more. Yet I have been told I am attractive, to beautiful…I just am terribly shy. I don’t get approached when out all the time just stared at mostly or approached by men who are not my type. I don’t put out confident signals like some women and I want a product to do it for me. I am a nice person and not mean so thats not the issue. My eye contact may be off because I am shy. I guess I want the product to do the first introduction and then I can be fine knowing a man makes the first move and if I am into him its totally comfortable then because I know he made the initial contact. Hi there, Auragem! Welcome to the mone forum! For a shy person, I would suggest you give a try IO and IShine. Hey Aura, welcome to the community 🙂 Which products have you ordered? You are right that some people produce more of certain mones than others. Copulins, for example, are signals for healthy ovulating females. So your body won’t make as much while you are menstruating, and little to none if you are currently taking oral contraceptive pills or have done so for a long time. Other factors are things like diet, fitness and race. For the pheros to work to their fullest potential, it is important that you act in congruence to the phero-signature that you are sending out. Otherwise you might confuse people, as they are getting two conflicting messages. Eg if the pheros say ‘I am a confident, sexy woman ready for some attention’ and your behaviour/body language/words says ‘I’m shy and not interested, don’t approach me’.
