Hiyya, I was referred to this site by Cookie. She said it would help me out for dealing with stressful situation. I am 35 years old working in a very stressful environment and industry. So I would like to test some of the products to see if it can help me. I am a quiet person, I keep a lot inside and am a high achiever. Hey Bob, its good to hear another member referred you. Be sure to put their name into profile details, there is a field I believe that when you identify who refers you they get credit when you order. Sounds like for respect and self confidence you may want to try A314, and probably the oil based one. For the stress you may want to try IS for a positive feel good vibe. And lastly if your needing help with communication or want to get over your shyness you may want to try instant openness. IO will help encourage communication and those around you will be more inclined to chat. You can use all three at the same time for a nice effect. Welcome to the forum, Bob! TwistedOstrich made some very good suggestions. There are a few things I would like to add though. A314 is a fantastic product but it can be hard to see the results for a new user and it is also fairly intimidating which can be something of a hindrance if you’re not very social to begin with. Instant Openness would help with that of course but you may consider trying [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) first. It has some of the same respect raising effects but it is more social and welcoming. It’s more like the cool guy vibe rather than the alpha male, bite your head off vibe. Eventually I think you should try them both though. Also, though the products can work very well together, make sure you try them each separately first so you can see what they do and what the best dosage is for you. It will help you get the best effects in the long run. Other than that, is there anything else you’d like to achieve using pheromones?
